After nine long, tenuous years of dutiful service, of game prototypes and animation coursework and research papers and digital art and countless screenshots of stuff I thought would be cool to come back to one day but literally never have,

Has finally earned her retirement! x’D

I GOT A NEW COMPUTER YALL! My laptop is still up and running but she’s definitely getting up there in age and it’s getting to the point where I’m terrified she’ll give up the ghost at any time, and take my work with her. Also half the keys don’t work any more or are plain...missing, lol. She’s definitely earned some rest and relaxation :’)

I’m so super jazzed, it took forever to save up for but it’s beefy and ready for me to torment it with 4+ GB photoshop files for the next nine years. I’m really excited to see how it handles streaming as well, because anyone here who’s been to one of my streams knows that usually my computer has a mental breakdown that wastes about 30-45 min of my streaming block. We’ll have to test it out soon!

I am however going to take this rare opportunity to actually sift through my art files and clean up any extra versions of stuff I don’t need (back in the day I would email myself the comic master files for each part and that would result in multiples of nearly the same file and guess who didn’t name them in a way that communicated which were the final versions and which could be trashed). Buuuuutttttt Part 9 is like, super almost done, so I’m gonna see if maybe I can finish that up tonight so that I can merge my stuff over while y’all are enjoying the update.

Basically either there will be a bit longer of a delay before Part 9 is out and then Part 10 will be out not too long after, or Part 9 will come out sooner, and then there will be a bit of a longer delay for Part 10. I’ll let y’all know which way I end up going with this ^_^
