I wish I could make some for the in-shatterodme dates but the aesthetic I have in mind is pretty hard to convey into pictures, so imma make a list.

Date ideas within the shatterdome.

Coffee dates where I sit on Tendos lap, he has his (four) cup(s) of coffee and a bagel,while I have some tea and a brownie. He works on his J-tech stuff while I sit and talk with him.

Late night walks along the catwalks of the shatterdome while we talk. Perfect for when either of us needs a break.

Dinner dates looking at the jaegers being repaired.

Late nights spent up while he fills out paperwork, I make tea and snacks for him.

--And let you all alone in here? No thanks-- jeri replied, relaxing into his Office chair.

--Hows herc handling the whole Marshall thing?-He asked, serving some hot water on a Cup.

--Well, hes glad its only momentaraley-- she replied-- but hes not handling it as well as he makes it look

--Yup-- jerico confirmed-- im doing the best I can with organizing stuff for him, hes a soldier through and through so without schedules...

Tendo lets out a prolongued snort while hes drinking his coffee making him almost choke-- honestly, thats him alright, but hes a good guy

Both share a laugh in agreement, Tendo caresses the back of jeri's hand with his thumb-- hows ol' Chuck doing?

--Hes still going to his check ups,luckily hes raditation free and though he pouts like a child he doesnt miss any of his therapy sessions or medical appointments

--i said it once and ill say it again, itll always baffle me how you managed to not only make the hansens get along, but finally learn some emotionall inteligence

--Between you and me? I think they are just very soft for you, but im glad those two are gettin' some help -- he said taking a sip from his coffee.

Tendo snorts into his coffee, being taken off guard-- I uhm...not the most stressed ive been but stressed...

--Maybe you should indulge in some self care?

He looked away nervously-- ah its karma isnt it? I make fun of Herc and now im in the same spot as he is...-- tendo sighs-- its just--

--I have a lot of work to do and its very important-- both say at the same time.

--What?! -- he exclaims.

--Heard it from herc time and time again -- jerico explained sitting on the Mans lap, hands caressing his face-- you havent been taking care of yourself huh?

--airing out all of my dirty rags huh?

She giggled and said-- take some deep breaths for me, okay? Close your eyes

He obliged and started to breathe in deeply, focusing on the feeling of her hands smoothing over his face to his neck.

Tendo lets out a soft exhale and relaxes his body-- better?

--Yeah. thanks, Doll

--whenever you need me, finish this and we can go to bed

Jerico ended falling asleep against him, and he carried her to his bedroom. Maybe he could sleep some more before returning to work.

I see this with mako,Raleigh and pentecost. They have a lot of patience, Raleigh doesnt mind being still while I draw.

I would also love to do this with newt,herc and Chuck. Newt has adhd and cannot stand still or quiet, chuck has no patience and herc would, problem is that he cannot afford for his muscles to go numb/sore given hes a jaeger pilot. Tendo would love to but hes super busy 24/7.

Well Raleigh likes to sketch in black and white! (Taken from various fics I read) usually landscaping, people (mostly me bcs im his muse)

Newt plays the guitar and has his own rock band (cannonically!) And hes writing a love song in german for me! (Hes May translate it afterwards because hes nice. But maybe not bcs hes a bit of an asshole sometimes/lovingly).

Mako likes to make swords (she made the sword for Lady danger [her jaeger]). And I am in awe and on my knees for her bcs THATS SO BADASS???

Tendo likes dancing! (I know its technically not artistic) hes always dancing and likes to teach ppl how to dance (hes a kind but strict teacher. Good luck).

And stacker likes to do origami! Its incredible how he manages to have so much patience for it.

Styling My Pacific Rim Loved Ones! (Spring edition)

Mako Mori (bff)

Flowy dresses in blue and black to match her blue strands of hair, some pants for the colder days and some platforms bcs smol.

Chuck Hansen (bf)

Bad boy vibe. Is he freezing? Is he cooking himself? Nobody knows. He wants to look cool. And hes not ready to use anything but earthy colors/black

Raleigh Becket (bf)

Earthy colors are his jam, enough to go from cold to warm, and comfy and stylish too! Mans doesnt miss!.

Yancy Becket (bf)

Hes a charmer, I see him dressing very like 50's 60's style, but also a bit modern, has a lot of jackets and looks good in everything

Tendo Choi (bf)

Very casual but also stylish, comfort and style, his bowties are a must (he has a whole collection of em), variety of colors, preffers creams/blues.

Newton Geizler (bf)

Very nerdy/casual clothes, variety of colors, preffers to wear nerdy shirts, some style with bowties (Thanks tendo), tries to balance comfort with style.

Hermann Gottlieb (undecided, leaning on romatic)

Newt introduced him to dark academia and he hasnt been the same since, he preffers the colder days of spring, having more cold climate clothes rather than warm climate ones. On Warner days he wears light colors and maybe a short sleeves button up.

Herc Hansen (bf)

Style is very "your average dad" when hes working, but when hes off duty his younger more wild self shows, trying to use that 80s "button up shirt with leather jacket"(he really pulls It off ). Some flannels for more casual get togheters and short sleeved button ups for when things start to get Warmer + shorts.

Stacker Pentecost (bf)

Lots. Of. Trenchcoats, turtlenecks, button up shirts, usually he uses short sleeved button ups for warmer times but still tries to Keep it classy, with dress pants made of light material. During really warmer days and small gatherings he uses hawaiian shirts (some given by mako and some by tamsin) and shorts. Its truly a sight.

(First time herc saw him wearing that he took one good look at his drink. Mans was mistified)

I was tagged by the lovely @tex-treasures to share the last part of a wip. I have no wips currently so ill share my favorite part of this fic I wrote.

Jerico laughed loudly, tendo was always taken back when she dropped her serious side, her laugh was so joyous, she looked away with a smile-- I dont think youre a creep...im not used to people doing nice things for me..

--really?-- he asked, now being the serious one.

--I mean. My Friends? Yeah im used to it but not ...coworkers, I know we dont talk much outside of work and the usual flirting...so this is nice... Thank you tendo

In that moment, where her eyes met his, tendo could see the cracks inside her serious and professional outside.

He didnt know Wether to ask her if she was okay or hug her. Nonetheless he did the later.

Jeri laughed softly under her breath, a sad undertone to her voice--thank you,I appreciate It

Tendo patted her back, meeting her gaze once again-- you dont need to always be strong , we are a team, you can depend on us...you can depend on me

--Ill...try to Keep that in mind, trusting someone is difficult, but.., details like these makes it easier

Tendo kissed her temple, making her cheeks turn Pink, in return, she hugged back, resting her head on the crook of his neck.

He didnt know this side of her, more emotional, he figured she struggled with being a perfectionist,all he could do was to hold her-- just so you know...I think you are perfect the way you are

Jeri sniffed and nuzzled his neck, his cheeks becoming warmer-- thank you tendo...

From that day, he made sure to always make her little favors, Wether making her breakfast or get her little trinkets, he wanted to see her smile.
