What a weekend! After 40 hours of filming over the last three and a half days, both The Closed Guard For Self Defence and Armbar Masterclass are complete. We started off with one plan - Closed Guard Masterclass - but it turned out to be more massive a project than we could get done in the time we had. What do you do?  You Jiu-Jitsu it. You adapt. On the mat, you don’t go in with a gameplan and, when things derail, try to force it - you adapt. You mold. It’s the gentle art. So we did and while it was tough - 11+ hours/day filming and 5-6 planning, we stayed focused, pushed on and here we are. The final products are going to be incredible.  So thankful to @StephanKesting for the opportunity and for working so hard the whole time. Our crew men, Paul and Michael, my friends and coaches who helped me get ready, my students, of course and all of my training partners over the years. This was super intense, but super rewarding.
