Garo sending me jori squidbob art has reminded me that the victorious writers were so evil for not making Tori and André each other’s love interests. It’s obvious why they didn’t (two people of color can’t be love interests unless they’re both white passing or the same race) and AAAHHHHHH. Tandré had the tightest grip on me as a kid. Am I the only one who’s mad that André and Tori never got together? Seriously they were basically like a married couple throughout the whole series and in my opinion had the most chemistry together so why the hell were the writers trying to focus on Tori and Beck when we all knew he was gonna get back together with Jade? Like in Tori Goes Platinum episode when Tori didn’t kiss Beck I wish she would’ve said something like “I can’t kiss you because of Jade........and André”

The show got canceled years ago and I’m still mad/sad that Tandré never happened! And I can’t even find good FanFiction of them!

I’m just gonna say some things I would find cute if they dated.

1. Because of how close they are as friends the others don’t notice the difference between how they act when they’re dating and before

2. Whenever André talks to a pretty girl Tori starts acting like Jade and gets possessive and jealous then André would tease her about it

3. André not caring about another guy hitting on Tori because he completely trusts her and knows she wouldn’t cheat

4. Her giving André puppy eyes to make him do stuff

5. Them just messing around on the piano and Trina coming in, making a joke that implied playing the piano is basically like foreplay for them

6. They get into a fight and compete for their friends attention like they’re divorced parents trying to win their kid over

Okay now I’m done and gonna go try to find some fanfics

aww thank you!! ❤️ and I definitely will keep up the content, I've just kinda hit a dry spot atm with inspiration + my mental/physical health is currently in the shitter

I'm a fan of all the sapphic ships, so Jori, Cori, and Catorade. Catrina is an underrated one as well that a lot of people don't talk about. Cade's my favorite though :).

Reck (or Rock) is another one of my favorites; Robbie and Beck have each other's backs, Beck is one of the friendliest to Robbie in the group, and Robbie seems to be attracted to him on some level. It's often played for laughs, which makes me uncomfy, but take out that laugh track and they're honestly pretty adorable.

I never considered Rodré before, but now that I think about it, that's also a very cute one! And it also made me realize that I'm pretty sure Robbie is canonically LGBTQ+ and it's played for laughs. Again, super gross that Nick did him like that, but seriously that dude likes dudes and probably isn't cis. Good for him, good for him

Obligatory Tandré mention, not because I ship them super hard or anything (I can't think of them as anything but bros) but because Victorious is written in a way that I can put 'em in a "pair the spares" situation.

Safe to say, the episode "André's Horrible Girl" is one of my favorites, as a Cade, Reck, and bromance Tandré shipper lol.
