AND THIS DAY 16 YEARS AGO We met for the first time…. ——————————————- 💫 Follow @friskytravelers ——————————————- We were both 15 and probably we just knew. But there’s a slight twist to the plot…. Having pulled through a long (and longer) distance relationship for over 8 years, we got to be in the same city for a couple of years before we decided to tie the knot back in ‘14. How did we survive an LDR when there was no mobile, video calls, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc etc?? Probably that’s why we survived!! Sorry, we are the generation who blames it on the technology 😂 ♡ We wrote letters ♡ We bought/ made cards and posted/ couriered them ♡ We spoke for hours on end most days ♡ We’ve gone days together without being able to talk as we both lived in hostels/ dorms while graduating college, especially due to varying timezones ♡ We’ve spoken for just a minute a day when we were in 2 different countries ♡ We met once in 6-8 months and our longest was meeting after 14 months ♡ We’ve had our fair share of arguments/ quarrels ♡ We’ve had our misunderstandings ♡ But we stayed And guess who stayed the strongest and determined through the entire process!! It was Sudarshan… His promise then, now and forever “no matter how many times we fight, I’m never going to stop loving you, I’ll keep my promise to you and never give up on us.” Mr. Frisky, thank you for being you, thank you for pulling us through this journey together so beautifully, thank you for the support you’ve been.. long distance

so my love reads this tumbler thought I would put this out so she can see it.

We met on Imvu and took us 3 months to get together but it was the pathway that we had to cross to make us together … before that we spent time on Skype in group calls but it was always her voice I heard and searched for … I even got brave and said I loved them but really it was a dedication to her…. so just over Christmas we actually decided to say how we felt and it was amazing … the release of the feeling and knowing that the other felt the same way … so we sort of set a date of Christmas 2013… seems so far away we knew we would have that to aim for…. 7 month down the line and our feelings have snowballed to epic portions… I am looking for work where she is and moving there as soon as I can .. we live 4777 miles apart and use IMVU and Skype everyday … love can beat all distances and know two hearts that are destined to be … will be
