Sestavine: 500 g moke, 6 g suhega kvasa, ščepec soli, 1 žlička sladkorja, 20 ml olja, 300 ml vode, mocarela, češnjev paradižnik, olive, rožmarin

V skledi zmešamo moko, kvas, sladkor in sol. Dodamo 20 ml olja in 300 ml tople vode. Zamesimo testo. Postavimo ga v naoljeno posodo in pustimo vzhajati 2 uri. Naoljimo pekač in na njemu z rokami raztegnemo vzhajano testo. Pustimo vzhajati še 1 uro. Vzhajanega pokapamo z oljem in s prsti naredimo jamice. Nadevamo ga z mocarelo, češnjevim paradižnikom in olivami. Dodamo rožmarin. Pečemo v predhodno ogreti pečici na 200 stopinjah približno 30 minut.
