Seek x Reader

It was, entertaining.

To have a creature made of slime like substance slid in and out of cracks of the walls and floor, following you with with it, large un-blinking eye. It didn't really walk on it's "legs" just sliding around the floors, leaving a thick snail like trail on the ground.

It gurgled and hissed out bubbles of what you assumed was spit, sometimes the ink crawling up your legs and you yelp, kicking it off in surprise. In response it would let out a high pitch whimper like a dog, bowing it head, you chuckled shaking your head, telling it that it just scared you.

Until one night it wasn't with you, shrugging it off you continued, to a room which was much darker, and as soon as you reached the door, Seek pops up behind you slamming its wet hand on your shoulder.

"Jesus! Don't scare me like that!" You screeched in shock spinning around, ready to hit whatever touched you with your flashlight, it raised above your head.

"... SS...SCCCCAAAAREE.." the creature gurgled out, a mouth peeling away at the slime, showing off pearly white canines, long and pointed like snake fangs.

You reeled back in surprise, your eyebrows raised in shock as you spat out a hearty laughter. "w-what was that?!"

"THHHH..AAT" the creature copied, grinning.

You laughed again in surprise, shaking your head in amusement. Your heart racing at the fact that it had, teeth?!

"Okay, uhh, try, 'HI!'"

sometimes, in it's "human form" it asks you to teach it to dance and paint!

seek loves to dance ball room dancing! any classical, slow paced dancing, with paintings, it loves to paint landscape! at the beginning, seek was not good at it but it learned to form better, stronger fingers to paint!

it's speech is getting better! it can now form *short* and smooth sentences, when it isn't expressing a lot of emotions, so when seek is much more calm, it can make fluent sentences!

You groaned softly to yourself, you felt sick to your stomach as you stumbled your way through the endless hallway. Cuts bled and washed your jeans in a dirty red colour, your face scrunched in a expression of displeasure as you felt the on-going headache throb behind your eyes.

You groaned loudly as you leaned on the walls, so close to door 50. As you tried to move closer, inch by inch, your vision was starting to leave you as everything turned blurry and separate shadows became one. You felt so sick, just reaching the door and launching yourself onto, letting out a pitiful sigh as you felt the cold door handle in your sweaty palm.

Turning it slowly you let out a whine of relief as you collapsed on the floor, alerting the long legged cryptic as it stormed to the door. But, it didn't anything.. only the wheezed breathing of you, frantic, it picked you up, feeling how light you were, and blood seeping onto it's fingers. You were loosing blood quickly as it laid you back onto the ground, what was it going to do?

Quickly thinking, it gently blocked your ears and screamed, loudly. Seek's familiar goo like body seeped into the floorboards, and as it's eye opened, noticing you it let out a howl and lunged for you. Using it's body to make, makeshift bandages, Figure softly giving you over, as Seek cradled you in it's arms.

Seek quietly thanked Figure as it used, what it could to heal you, rubbing your back as you softly tried to hum to you. And after an hour of nurturing and healing, you woke up slowly, Seek chittering in happiness, nuzzling into your hair. Figure learning that you were awake from Seek's sound, hummed in greetings.

Cold winds picked up south and followed the winding cobblestone pathway to the dimly lit two-story house. The moon was hidden within the clouds, and lightened the roof of the old house. The smell of alcohol from a van parked out front. Warm summer sun washed over the gritty sand and light blue ocean water, making it sparkle and show off it's clear, clean sand sitting on the bottom of the ocean. Lounging and sunbathing on one of the warm rock pool, you hummed softly. Singing with the birds, you closed your eyes as your tail got soaked in the waves that was softly splashing upwards on the shore.

"Your singing is quiet beautiful." A deep voice murmured to you. You opened one eye, giving a cheeky grin at the tall shadow covering your face from the sun.

"It was loud, and yes, it was quiet nice. Deep, soothing" Caviar's slowly smiled, nodding his head to his comment.

You blinked back, surprisingly shocked at his calm and neutral answers. Normally you would attract some desperate and lonely soul and, well, they kind of disappear. But with Mr. Cav, he was calm, looked too smart for any of your tricks. It was quiet, comforting.

You titled your head childishly showing off your pearly white teeth. "Ya think so?"

He slowly nodded, shifting in his spot, as he watched you. The sound of the crashing waves making white noise for the silence between you two.

"I do, it's calmin, soothin'. I like to be alone, y'see so sum singin' cheers my mood" He grinned.

You giggled in return, before closing your eyes. "Well sit back and enjoy"

He hummed softly, as you continued to sing.

The heavy and angry gusts of wind and rain hit the windows, dark clouds covering the moon. The only light was from the old flickering lights of the wall candles and the flashes of lightening. Seek whimpered and whined in the empty hallways, his spindly like body seeping through the cracks of the floor boards, crying out, for you.

For hours, or what Seek imagined was hours (he was just learning about time) it wondered the hallways, hearing for anything that could be you. Every eye was scattering the walls, searching for you.

Until it heard the familiar screeching sound.. Screech. Almost like the lightening from the clouds, Seek sunk its body into the floorboards using it's eyes on the walls to guide it.

You on the other hand, had been URKED from Screech, luckily you learnt it's patterns and was catching Screech, every. time. You groaned, rubbing your temples as you spun around catching Screech, again.

"Leave me alone!" You hissed, stomping your feet as you tried to escape it.

As soon as you screamed at the small inky ball, its large pulsating eyes blinking at you before a dark goo like hand grabbed it like a plushie, squeezing it and throwing it aside. It screeched, its small tentacles flailing around before running off. Seek re-emerged from the floorboards, letting out it's familiar shrill screaming at the small creature.

"Seek!" You sighed happily, falling into the inky monster's embrace, Seek easily wrapping you up in it's body and hugging you tightly. It cooed softly, tiny fingers forming and rubbing your back, you chuckled softly as you stretched your legs.

"Thanks Seek, thank fuck you found me!" you laughed, the creature cooing and chittering.

You sighed happily, being embraced by Seek's inky form. It sucked without Seek following you, keeping you safe, because right after you lost Seek, everything and everyone was attacking you. It was horrible, as you hid every 5 minutes or having to waste all your batteries on Screech.

You giggled happily as you cuddled into Seek's embrace, finally getting to sleep.
