Tᴏʀᴛᴀ Fʀᴀɢᴏʟᴇ 🍓& Rᴀʙᴀʀʙᴀʀᴏ ⁣ Eʀᴅʙᴇᴇʀ-Rᴀʙᴀʀʙᴀʀ Kᴜᴄʜᴇɴ ⁣ Sᴛʀᴀᴡʙᴇʀʀʏ & Rʜᴜʙᴀʀʙ Cᴀᴋᴇ⁣ ⁣ Eccoci all'inizio di una nuova settimana piena di impegni, proprio per questo c'è bisogno di un idea golosa e pazzarella con cui iniziarla 😎⁣ ⁣ Come avrete notato - lo spero altrimenti vi siete davvero persi dei gran post - la mia dolce metà ha sperimentato usando il rabarbaro come nuovo ingrediente per piatti salati.⁣ ⁣ Beh, non potevo davvero esimermi anch'io dallo sperimentare e quindi ho iniziato a mia volta a pasticciare con il rabarbaro, ovviamente in versione dolce 😍⁣ ⁣ Ho iniziato assaggiandone un pezzettino, così 'nature' e ve lo sconsiglio vivamente! Effetto limone assicurato🙈🙊🤣. Poi ho pensato all'abbinamento più classico che conosco dai tempi in cui ero in Germania, ovvero con le🍓⁣ ⁣ Nasce così l'idea di questa torta morbidissima con fragole fresche e rabarbaro, arricchita con un intereccio di rabarbaro glassato. ⁣ ⁣ Oltre ad essere molto scenografica, questa torta è morbidissima, grazie all'utilizzo dell'olio e dello Skyr e sorprendentemente aromatica grazie alle fragole ed al rabarbaro. Il risultato, oltre ad essere freschissimo e primaverile, è anche estremamente goloso ed accattivante.⁣ ⁣ Inutile dirlo !
