It’s all I can do but sit and weep.

Feel so rejected, so stepped upon.

Every minute around every corner I’m expecting something to go wrong.

You left me sitting there alone

so empty and hurt as if you could not have cared or known.

I felt of no-existence at that exact time

Wishing for more pills or worse crystal white lines.

I know I can’t go back down that road

But last night was such a heavy load.

I’ll never ever tell you this
