how do u feel about the transfem spike headcannon?

I basically consider it sorta canon, in a “cool subtext joss wh*don definitely did not pick up on” way as opposed to a “she’s going to transition post canon immediately” way. 

The way spike acts feels ungendered even when he’s performing masculinity, his obsession with slayers reads kinda like he wants to be them as much as he wants to kill or fuck them even going to the extent of wearing a woman’s duster around everywhere, he’s buffys shadow self, and so much of there relationship reads queer (there are a ton of metas on that)

I feel like spike doesn’t really give a fuck about labels and would use any pronouns but I lean towards he/she pronouns for him.
