Today.............. has genuinely. Been. A Day.

Have some OC doodles I started yesterday before tragedy struck and are like the bare minimum effort for today to finish. Since the two princes were originally not /in canon/ for another plot but rather made for a mafia AU as cousins to one of the main characters for the base plot. I was like. Huh let's give them a happier life. So here they're just princes and instead of the police department/detectives that most of the main cast is in base plot, those are the royal guards around the twins' castle.

#my characters #the funny thing is that the princes are like......... made for an au of another plot #and here they are in another au of the plot #so like yeehaw everyone i love my ocs and i love putting them in situations #also idk what its worth but hey happy pride atticus is trans im proud of him #it has zero relevance to the plot but its important to me that hes trans #he also is like.... an absolute bundle of friendliness which is a huge contrast to the twins cousin #who is extremely stoic for the most part and finds it hard to feel emotions and thinks #everyone feels the same way all the time like him - WHICH IS DEPRESSED BY THE WAY #but he learns that ah nope thats just him and oh hes better by the power of love #and he doesnt actually get it ?? like in canon or mafia or as a prince hes just like #huh i like this guy and he makes me want to smile which is really odd im gonna stay by him if i can #and doesnt even realize right away hes fallen in love #atticus and caspian however are very aware of their emotions and are v happy to see their cousin feel things #and are constantly there to tease him but support him and help him and theyre all good boys #ill shut up in the tags now bc the tags are taking me as long to type as the art took to doodle

Hi besties! I've been living my self indulgent life and made a Genshin Oc! I’m writing all of this for @witchhazelbazel’s OC event!! (Psst hi Hazel I’m one of the anons on your page. It might be obvious which one but like...it’s a secret if you don’t know☺️✌️)

I don’t wanna take up your dash space so it’ll all be under a read more. Without further ado: here she is

Edit: I added like an outfit reference bc I forgot one OOPS. Anyways keeping with the electro theme the dress would be purple instead of blue but this was the closest I could find yeehaw

Name: Sibella Descoteaux

Personality: Sibella keeps to her self. After being hurt many times, she has a hard time letting new people into her life. Never-the-less she is extremely kind and will help those in need of her services. She easily is startled and overwhelmed.For the few individuals she does let in, she is known to have a wild imagination and a very peculiar sense of humor. While sometimes she prefers to be alone, studying magic or outside foraging, she lives for the thrill of adventure;like the characters in the stories she reads.

Sibella doesn’t get angry often. She often feels overwhelmed before she can get angry. She strongly dislikes interpersonal confrontation and will shut down if forced to face someone. When put in these situation Sibella tries to find an escape. She keeps her guard up at all times and it can be very hard to crack. She has been hurt badly in the past and refuses for that to happen again. Her biggest fear is losing the people she loves.

Background: A childhood friend of Diluc and Kayea’s, Sibella is the daughter of wealth Fontaine Merchant. One day, her father and Crepus have a falling out, and Sibella is no longer permitted by her father to see or write to the brothers. As she grows older, her parents try to mold her into being the perfect wife, so they can marry her off to secure business alliances. However, Sibella doesn’t want that and often hides away in her families library either reading or secretly receiving magic teachings from her tutor.Eventually, her parents find her a suitor in Fyodor, a wealthy Snezhnayan merchant with some connection to the Fatui. The two do not get a long and Fyodor is rather cruel to her.

After months of poisonous words and harsh arguments, Sibella breaks down and confronts Fyodor on his abuse. He gets very angry and threatens physically hurting her. As she bings to defend herself with her catalyst, a shock wave is created, forcing the two away from eachother. After shaking off the shock, Sibella finds an electro vision in her hands. Seeing this as a message from the archons, Sibella runs away from home. No longer comfortable being in Fontaine, she finds refuge in Liyue where she joins the adventurers guild to make money. After spending 2 years in Liyue, Sibella resolves to move to Mondstat. When she arrives she is able to join the Mondstat branch of the adventurers guild, find a home in Springvale, reunite with Diluc and Kaeya, and create a new, secure life for herself.

Other info: if played in the game, she would be some kind of sub dps/support. I imagine her elemental skill being similar to Zhongli’s, a shield is formed around her and can deal some aoe electro damage to enemies who come near her. I’m not 100% what her elemental burst would be like but I imagine it either pushing away enemies or briefly stunning them so she can get away. As I said she hates confrontation but when forced to fight for commissions or for her life she will do so. I wanted her burst/skill to reflect that in someway plus her desire to feel safe. Also, other than Kaeya and Diluc, She does get along with; Bennett (they have a kind of sibling dynamic), Venti, Fischl, Jean, Sucrose, Albedo, Rosaria, Xinyan, Xiangling and Zhongli. She is also VERY upset to hear Diluc and Kaeya have had a falling out but is reluctant/afraid to try and intervene.

Wow okay that’s the most I’ve written for an OC in years. I hope it’s not like...too much lol. There might be some like grammatical mistakes bc I’m writing this all on my phone so I apologize for that. Anyways, thank you Hazel for this event and I look forward to seeing everyone else’s OCS!!!!
