the school break juST STARTED 11 DAYS AGO COME ON NOW WHY THE FUCK AM I HAVING SLEEPING PROBLEMS AGAIN JDJSJD I *DON'T* WANNA HAVE A REPEAT OF SLEEPLESS MAY 2020 AAAAAA

#so um back in like may-june 2020 i had an incredibly hard time with managing my sleep schedule #like I had to REAAALLY exhaust myself into sleeping because otherwise i wouldn't fall asleep no matter how sleepy or tired i was #and i blame anxiety and my brain's hyperactivity for that #aND NOW IT'S HAPPENING AGAIN AAAAAA #I'VE BEEN LYING DOWN IN MY BED FOR LIKE 4 HOURS STRAIGHT #IT IS NOW 6 AM AND I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN A WINK OF SLEEP #AND GODDAMIT I'M REALLY TIRED SO WHY CANT I FALL ASLEEP AAAAAA #so i'm currently executing plan c: give up and accept the fact that i'll black out by 12 nn instead fjdjdjc #so anyways how are you all doing fjjdf #this is why i'm drowsy all the time really aaaa #personal shit
