So he's been cuffed. Not something he had the opportunity to ever experience prior to now, but he didn't particularly mind, either. Melting the metal off would take him seconds, at most.

It turns out that Mama Magic is very good at caring for baby blocks. They appear to be recovering and turning back into their cube shapes. That's good! They snuggle into her hands. Happy baby blocks.

She smiles down at them. Good, they were recovering. Still, she feels like they need to have a social outlet for when she's working or out of town. The standard poro-sitters didn't seem to be enough for the little ones.

What to do...?

While being carried by very small, very fluffy sheep creatures wasn't exactly what Kotone expected, she didn't need to bother spending the extra energy to reach her bed.

Poros will not attack her, is true! Except with snuggles. Snuggles are great! Are snuggly! And warm! and soft! Are good, like poros! and poros are very snuggly. Happy sheep puffs! Give love! And snuggles! Friend!

Chidori is happy to give pets and snuggles to the little puffs. She doesn't have any food or snacks, but she's gentle while cuddling with them. Since they aren't attacking or being aggressive, she finally lets her guard down fully.

I agree, you would think that it should go without saying but I felt the need to make a post because last year, someone saw me answering the Valentines Day application asks from a sixteen year old muse and proceeded to IM me, immediately assuming that it was a predatory/underage relationship, never mind the fact that Ryuji is also sixteen?? The fire poros chase him! Also have friends. Are magma poros. Are like fire poros, but also cube shaped. Give serious snuggles. He appears to be attracting twice as many snuggles for rejecting them as he might if he just accepted it. Such is the nature of poros. Shall spread love to his heart and make it grow many sizes and then there will be snax.

In a desperate attempt to save himself, he makes a run for it. Like a fiery avalanche, the fluft closes in on him, getting closer and closer, about to swallow him up.

His scream is cut short, drowned under a layer of love and fluffiness. And lava, too. There's a lot of lava. It's a little hard to tell where the poros end, and where the earth melted under his touch begins. Not that it's his biggest concern at the moment. Maybe it's all poros now.

The block says that they're a family! and as a family, she needs to learn to rely on them! Or at least make it seem like she is! Or the blocks will keep trying to find ways to help her that will be bad! Better to just have them do things to make them feel included and helpful to make their energies flow towards something good!

"I'm no stranger to relying on others."

She sighs. "But I don't want to confuse them with my research, and aside from trying to relax, I don't actually spend a lot of time at home." It was one of the reasons she didn't keep conventional pets. Pebble didn't need company, after all.

If it wasn't for the pattering of various little feet stumbling around the room, Ashe would have have most likely stayed focused on the drink that was in her hand. It took a moment for her to turn, looking over her shoulder, eyes widening at the view of the creatures waddling closer to the weapons left in various positions around the room. "Damn it!" She practically shouted out her words before completely turning and running towards the smaller poros that were making their way closest to the nearby mass of firearms. "No, no!"
