🦚🐍🥒♻️ for Pecha and Aman?
Ask meme is here
Tumblr media
Pecha
- Is bad at peacocking. She mostly wants to impress her crushes, but she gets so nervous. Tries her best to look as presentable and cute as possible when she has a high chance to run into them. Makes them a lot of stuff to show off her talent (and that she cares about them too).
Aman
- He’s too good at peacocking. He knows the right amount to do, especially if he needs a cover job for an area. He’s currently posing as a depot agent but was able to put together an impressive looking resume and also smooth talk during the interview with Ingo. (Too bad he’s his boss. He seems easy to rile up…)
- He’s done this plenty with other jobs. He’s an amazing bullshitter. But he also loves peacocking a bit too much, sometimes, as well.
Tumblr media
Pecha
- Never. Maybe a couple times she’s forgotten or broken promises, but never purposefully. Even if she did have a plan to betray someone, I’m thinking probably during a board game, she’s an awful liar and would be caught miles before her plan could make it anywhere.
Aman
- So, so, soooo many times. Comes with his job territory. He’s a cunning liar. Currently as a Depot Agent he’s playing the double spy game. As a Depot Agent he has a job that is a favorable incentive for Team Plasma higher ups to want him as a Team Plasma member. So, in a way, he is betraying both’s trust at the same time. (He feels bad about lying so often to Ingo, Emmet, and the rest of his coworkers but at least he has the conscious that he’s making it safer for them to do their job)
- He doesn’t care about lying to and betraying Team Plasma higher ups. They’re scum and villainy he’s used to. He feels bad for the teens caught in this mess though. There’s always kids who truly believe the big boss’s shitty rhetoric and “morals”. The ones that tell Aman that they look up to him and trust him…those are the ones that make him feel bad when they finally realize he’s never been on their side in the first place.
Tumblr media
Pecha
- At home spa day! She basically does that whole way too much skin care routine at the start and then ends with a nice bath with some bath bombs. On other pamper days, she calls up friends and asks if they want to go shopping. One can never have too many clothes.
Aman
- Going out at a good place at the end of the day. He knows all the good food places in almost every region. In Unova, it’s his Tia Leppa’s restaurant Casita Manzanita. His favorite treat though has to be Castelia Cones. It’s even better if he has someone to go with him. He’s an extrovert at heart.
Tumblr media
Pecha
- She makes a LOT of outfits…and so she definitely has to snip up a lot that don’t turn out the way she intended. She plans to open a boutique where she can sell clothing items she made but can’t really wear so others can have it.
- Saves up her Galvantula, Tarountula, and Snom’s silk for thread so that way she doesn’t have to buy it from the store. The real stuff if you have it is better for the environment!
Aman
-…tbh he’s kinda a bit busy with his job at the moment to think about ways to be more eco friendly. He does his best to toss the many coffee cups he gets everyday into the proper recycling bin aaand that’s about it…

It’s WIP Wednesday again and you know what that means. Here’s a preview of another one of my too many WIPs, featuring the underrated BROTP that is Gary and Tracey.
--
Tracey didn't mind being left in charge of the lab when Professor Oak had to be elsewhere for a while. The only thing that really had him thrown this time was the professor's grandson turning up. (Especially considering Gary's entrance--he had burst into the lab, proclaiming, "GRAMPS, HOLY FUCK!" only to spend several moments looking around in confusion when his grandfather was nowhere in sight.)
Even that wasn't bad--Gary was whip-smart and perfectly willing to shoulder some responsibility ("Gramps would've put me to work if he was here anyway," he'd said with a casual shrug), and he had the easy confidence of someone who knew exactly what he was doing. No real surprise there--despite being five years Tracey's junior, the kid was shaping up to be a brilliant researcher. And if sometimes he fell asleep at odd hours with an open book on his chest, or rode his arcanine out to Viridian for overpriced coffee of the mornings, or went out for walks with his umbreon at an hour most people with their workday would've gone to bed, that wasn't Tracey's business.
In one of their moments of downtime, Gary was stretched out on a couch, one hand holding up the book he was reading while the other hung over the couch, absentmindedly petting his umbreon. They'd been like that long enough for Tracey to start sketching them, which neither seemed to notice.
Gary let his book drop to his chest so he could cover two tiny sneezes in quick succession. "Somebody must be talkin' shit," he muttered to himself before picking his book up again.
Tracey considered reminding him of the swear jar, but thought better of it.
 --
Either there was a lot of shit-talking going on or Gary was coming down with something, and unfortunately with his charm, it was probably the latter. But there wasn't a snom's chance in hell that a little cold was going to beat Gary Oak. He was going to work through it, and he was absolutely going to ignore the glances Tracey kept giving him every time he sneezed--a clear progression from aww, you sneeze like a skitty to having concern written all over his face.
But when Tracey handed him a cup of tea he hadn't asked for, he accepted it with a murmured thanks.
"Don't mention it," Tracey said pleasantly, leaving Gary alone as he went off to handle something else.
Gary accepted the excuse to take a break, but he was not about to admit defeat.
--
Tracey had let Gary keep working despite his obvious cold because it was only a cold, and he clearly saw pushing through it as a matter of pride--fighting him on that seemed like more trouble than it was worth.
But when he bumped into Gary and the kid looked on the verge of collapse, he realized he had to draw the line. "Gary, let me handle things for the rest of the day."
"But--" Gary's attempt at protest was cut short by a coughing fit, which he handled with a resignation that implied it wasn't his first. He made an attempt at looking defiant, but his eyes were dull and he was trembling.
"But nothing. You've been a lot of help and now you need to rest." Tracey guided him to a couch and sat him down. He was clearly too exhausted to object anymore, and Tracey regretted letting it get this bad. Feeling his face confirmed another suspicion--he was running a fever.
Taking care of the professor's sick grandson wasn't in Tracey's job description, but he didn't have much choice here. "Are you hot or cold?"
Gary, who was now lying facedown, mumbled something unintelligible into the couch cushion.
"I'm gonna find you a blanket, okay?"
He raised a hand with fingers curled and thumb raised in an affirmative, then let it drop.
Poor kid. Tracey didn't want to leave him by himself for too long, and hurried to find the nearest blanket or thing that could be used as one. He ended up settling for one of Professor Oak's lab coats, which Gary didn't object to.
After draping the coat over Gary's back, Tracey knelt to take stock of the situation. A faint rasp accompanied his breaths, but they were deep and even, and his eyes were closed. He was sound asleep. His skin was unnaturally warm to the touch, and though he moved away from the contact like it was sensitive, he didn't fully wake and only mumbled a couple words of what might've been protest.
If he was sleeping that soundly, there wasn't much Tracey could do for him, and it was about time to feed the pokémon--a task Gary was usually eager to take on, but clearly wasn't in any condition to help with now.
This was going to be a long day.
