SPINACH AVOCADO WEIGHT LOSS SMOOTHIE:
- 1 handful of spinach washed
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1/4 avocado pitted and peeled
- 250 ml coconut water
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 3-4 cubes of ice
- Add all the ingredients to your blender jug.- Process until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.- Serve and enjoy!

MANGO KIWI AVOCADO Smoothie:
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 kiwi, sliced and skin removed
1/4 medium ripe avocado, pitted and diced
1 teaspoon chia seeds
2 cups spinach
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup ice, if necessary
🍽 Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.

🍏 SPINACH & APPLE DETOX SMOOTHIE:
2–3 cups spinach (packed)
½ cup unsweetened almond milk -:1 banana
1 Granny Smith apple (cored and cubed)
1 cup chopped cucumber
4 dates
1 tablespoon flax seeds
Squeeze of lemon
Large handful of ice
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
Chia seeds
Hemp seeds
Shaved coconut (unsweetened)

🍍PINEAPPLE KIWI Smoothie:
1 cup almond milk (plus more if needed)
3 handfuls spinach
2 kiwi peeled
2 c pineapple chunks
1 ½ frozen banana
1 ½ T chia seeds
3-4 ice cubes.
🍽 Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender. Blend until smooth.
