EASTON, Windenburg (SNN) - - Queen Katherine attended the Beacon Gala last night, an event not originally on Her Majesty's calendar. The gala is thrown annually by the Royal Arts Foundation and ends with a highly-anticipated auction.

The Queen not only attended but met some new Windenburg "royalty", and introduced the gala's Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, Juliana Jackson.

Queen Katherine and Jackson have been friends for many years and upon hearing of Jackson as the honoree, accepted an invitation. The pair, along with the Prince consort, entered the gala together and were seen mingling with guests.

Her Majesty wore the Queen of Silk gown by @mssims and paired it with the Lucille tiara and diamond choker. Choosing to wear only the Royal Orders of George I and the Order of the Garter, Her Majesty wanted to highlight the gown. The palace confirmed the African print was a nod to her maternal grandmother, Princess Niema of Zulu, who recently died.

Queen Katherine also met Miss Windenburg, Katurah Stewart, the gala's Young Achievers Award recipient.

Stewart wore a green Celebrate gown by @mssims and donned her Miss Windenburg crown.

Katurah, who won the Miss Windenburg crown in January, also took home the Miss Universe Sims crown last week becoming an overnight star and catapulting her into demand.

The 21 year old represented the nation competing against 41 other countries to win the 2024 crown.

The Balsimore native is the first woman, and African-American, to win Miss Universe Sims and Miss Windenburg at the same time, and much of her platform is about embracing your culture through the Arts.

She is an eco-friendly fashion designer, model, and classical vocal instructor based in Easton, and is a voice for African-Americans, opening the door for more diversity and representation in the Arts society.

Miss Universe chatted with the Prince consort, discussing collective initiatives. As patron of the Royal Arts Foundation, Prince Rainier will be working closely with the new Miss Windenburg.

Queen Katherine spoke to the gala attendees and introduced Juliana Jackson, before partaking in the gala's final festivities.

Her Majesty joined in on the auction, where all proceeds go to support the Gala's charity.

The palace confirmed Her Majesty bid on, and won, the Elisabeth of Belgium’s Diamond bandeau and a pink diamond ring. Estimated at §1.1m simoleons, they are said to be gifts for her daughter, Princess Grace.

FIRST OFFICIAL PORTRAITS OF QUEEN KATHERINE I UNVEILED

Just 20 days after Queen Katherine ascended to the throne following the death of her father, King George I, she sat for her first official sitting with photographer Doretha Wilfred in the throne room of Buckingsim Palace.

The 31-year-old Queen was sleek wearing her favorite gold pearl earrings and pearl necklace, the Pearl Sunburst tiara, a red @sentate gown, and the Royal Family Order of George I.

A total of 48 photographs were taken by Wilfred and were the basis of the Queen's image on postage stamps, as well as providing the official portrait of the monarch, which was sent to every Windenburg embassy throughout the sims world.

Twenty-one of the portraits taken by Wilfred will be on display when Buckingsim Palace opens to the public this summer, along with pieces of jewelry from the Queen's collection worn for the portraits.

Her Majesty viewed several of the portraits while on vacation at Beaverdam.

THE STONES STORY

[Windsor Castle, Franklen 9:19 AM WST]

Queen Katherine: Did you confirm those were the original plans?

[Construction Manager]: We did, Your Majesty. Based on these, the fourth floor is much bigger. There was a wall built but there are no records of when or why.

Queen Katherine: So there could be something behind the wall?

[Construction Manager]: We will find out, Your Majesty.

Queen Katherine: I didn't know access to the fourth floor was even possible!

[Construction Manager]: If you look to the left of the tower, what appears to be a fence is a walkway...a bridge to the fourth floor.

Queen Katherine: My father never mentioned it.

[Construction Manager]: It's easily hidden, ma'am. Our team should be able to get our equipment up there within the hour and go from there. If there is something behind that wall, we'll find out today!

Queen Katherine: Thank you.

Lady Delilah: Your Majesty, Martin received a follow-up reply from Lord Henry about tomorrow. More of a request.

Queen Katherine: What kind of request?

Lady Delilah: (giddy) Upon hearing that the Prince consort would not be joining, Lord Henry has requested to take you on a private riding tour of his ranch - you'll get to wear chaps!

Queen Katherine: You are far more excited about meeting Lord Henry than I am, Delilah.

Lady Delilah: Not too excited. The request was an informal "Just You." He wants to woo you alone!

Queen Katherine: Not quite! I'm still the Queen and his sovereign, and also happily married. You can have all the Rancher fantasies for yourself!

Lady Delilah: You say that now because you haven't met him. I've seen him at Rodeos. He has two sons, and one is...

Queen Katherine: (laughs) Lady Delilah! Remember, Always a Lady! You are in the presence of your Queen! Granny is going to love you!

Prince Phillip: Look mommy, I can back float!

Queen Katherine: That's such a good job, Phillip! It's almost time to get out. You'll have to shower before being taken back to Cheaves. Your weekend away has come to an end, my child.

Lady Delilah: ...Your Majesty.

Queen Katherine: Yes?

Lady Delilah: The construction manager asked to see you.

Queen Katherine: (gasps) The wall!

[Construction Manager]: It's dark but quite safe, Your Majesty.

Queen Katherine: Is this flashlight all I need? You have a hard-hat. Do I need one of those?

[Construction Manager]: The fourth floor isn't under construction, ma'am. It's only dark the first few feet and I will be right behind you. If you'd like, we can have electrical run up to this floor later.

Queen Katherine: Are you sure this is safe?

[Construction Manager]: "It is, Your Majesty. You will see a door about twenty feet down, on the right, just past the wall we knocked down. I've been the only one inside."

Queen Katherine: Inside?

Queen Katherine: (gasps) A door!

(door opens)

Queen Katherine: (gasps) Isabella! Wait, there is more than one stone? I thought it was just an amulet. I've never seen those jewels.

Queen Katherine: I don't understand.

[Construction Manager]: "Behind you."

Queen Katherine: It's a portrait of Albert I, and journals. A letter?

Queen Katherine: (gasps) This... this can't be real.

To My Dearest Descendent I know you were hoping to find the stones but alas, you must wait a little longer. I met Yvete for the first time in 1825, whilst she was on a quest for the stones. She was a gifted child, just like her mother. That was also the first I learned of the stones. After Yvete died in 1829 while using the stones in that dreadful ritual, I learned of their true powers. Spellcasting is passed through bloodline, as it should remain, but the stones of amethyst grant the Power of Manipulation. That kind of power is dangerous in the wrong spellcasters hands. There are twenty-three stones in existence, and I am in possession of all twenty-three. I had fifteen stones made into a necklace, seven stones into a tiara, and one stone made into a small amulet and pair of earrings. I never know how many were needed for that ritual which is why they Must stay hidden! These gems could alter the world of spellcasting. EASTON, Windenburg (SNN) - Queen Katherine I made her eldest son, Phillip, Prince of Brindleton Bay, during a speech at Buckingsim Palace marking the one year anniversary of her accession. With the title of Prince of Brindleton Bay goes the second title of Earl of Cavalier.

Wearing the Queen Lara-Leigh Rubi and Diamond Knot Brooch, the Queen, announced:

"I intend to create my son, Phillip, Prince of Brindleton Bay, today. As my Heir, Phillip now assumes the Brindleton Bay titles which have meant so much to me."

The seven year old prince watched the queen's speech in a room at Cheaves school, where he is a boarder.

Phillip was previously styled as "His Royal Highness Prince Phillip of Brindleton Bay" per letters patent issued by his grandfather King George I.

Upon the accession of his mother as queen last year, as the eldest son of the monarch, Phillip automatically became, in Windenburg, the Duke of York, Earl of Lester, Baron of Balsimore, Lord of the Isles, and Prince and Great Steward of Brindleton Bay. As such, he was styled "His Royal Highness The Duke of York", except in Brindleton Bay, where he is known as "His Royal Highness The Duke of Cavalier" instead.

His Royal Highness is the 4th to be given the title. Katherine's father, King George I, had been the previous Prince of Brindleton Bay and had been invested in 1983 before becoming King in 1992.

The Letters Patent, issued on 18 March 2024, formalized the creation.

Katherine I is set to echo the poignant tradition set by her late father by spending her accession day anniversary - the day her father King George I died and she became queen - at the home in which the previous monarch died. She'll mark her first full year on the throne at the royals' Sumpterson estate in Henford with a special memorial service.

Katherine's accession day occurred on March 21, 2023.

Queen Katherine: So, what I've learned is that the stones grant spellcasters the Power of Manipulation, which could make them as powerful as one of the three Sages, who are the three most powerful spellcasters that keep the magical realm in balance.

Queen Katherine: With the Power of Manipulation a spellcaster gains the ability to manipulate magical power in various ways.

Zarah, Queen Dowager: How?

Queen Katherine: A spellcaster would not only have the power to grant powers but strip someone of their powers too. In the letter, Isabella made it clear we were to protect the stones but...

Zarah, Queen Dowager: What are you going to do about Kamill? She is not only a Windsor by blood but a very powerful spellcaster.

Queen Katherine: I have the advantage and an idea.

Queen Katherine: The Grand Duchess thinks there's only one stone, the Amulet of Amethyst. I will use that as leverage.

Zarah, Queen Dowager: (feisty) You're playing with fire, darling! What on earth would you need to leverage the Amulet for? She has nothing we need, and with the stones the royal family's net worth increased by §50 million simoleons! Don't be greedy like your father. What more is there?

Queen Katherine: (silence)

Zarah, Queen Dowager: (gasps) Kate! You wouldn't? You?

Queen Katherine: ...the children. It would be the only way to protect them, and to protect the stones.

Zarah, Queen Dowager: Would you like my advice?

Shon Gableton [SNN]: Absolutely! Her Majesty is just starting to show, and by our calculations is around three months pregnant! Although still in mourning, Her Majesty broke from tradition to wear a yellow Somerville Coat Dress and Hat by @warwickroyals. The royal stylist is showcasing Queen Katherine’s transition from princess to a confident, savvy sovereign, and bold colors help!

Shon Gableton [SNN]: “Not to out-do her attire, Her Majesty also wore the Diamond Star of Brindleton Brooch by @batsfromwesteros.”

Cameron Dorly [SNN]: “Wasn't that commissioned by Albert II in 1849, as a gift to his wife, Adaline?”

Shon Gableton [SNN]: “Correct! It’s an old piece, and is absolutely lovely and classic, and the fact that it’s an all-diamond piece means that it can be coordinated with a large number of outfits.”

Shon Gableton [SNN]: I’m getting a sense that the Queen has a fondness for Brindleton Bay, also. This is the second time Her Majesty has worn a brooch titled after the commonwealth.”

Cameron Dorly [SNN]: Yes, during her Accession speech last month, the new Queen wore the Duchess of Brindleton Bay Pearl Brooch. Her Majesty also wore the piece last April, as then Duchess of Brindleton Bay, in the official portrait marking George I’s 31 years on the throne.

On International Women’s Day, The Queen Consort hosted women from across society at Buckingsim Palace to celebrate the achievements and impact of women in a wide range of fields.

For a 12th year in a row, the luncheon was held in the State Dining Room at Buckingsim Palace. Portraits of a young Amelia, Princess Royal and Queen consort Lara-Leigh were also displayed on the walls.

The room full of 90 Women were serenaded by Windenburg Opera legend, Leontyn Graves, whose success broke countless barriers for Sims Women of Color in opera.

After lunch, The Queen consort held more in-depth discussions about issues and causes the women are involved in and ways in-which the Palace can continue being of support.

Her Majesty wore a white Beau-tie Coatdress by @warwickroyals which was topped off by Queen Lara-Leigh’s Flower Emerald brooch by @thesimpireblr.

The brooch features a large faceted emerald surrounded by diamonds in a modern floral design and a diamond chain with a pear-shaped diamond drop. The palace confirmed the brooch was loaned to Her Majesty from The Queen Mother, who is still keeper of the Jewels of the Crown.

Many have speculated that this brooch was part of the massive Hammond Bequest, a jewelry collection bequeathed to Queen Lara-Leigh by Mrs. Hammond in 1932.

EASTON, Windenburg (SNN) - - During a special ceremony at Royal Easton Museum on Friday, the Queen Mother unveiled a brand new portrait of herself to celebrate her three decades’ patronage of the Windenburg Red Cross.

Rowena, Queen Mother was the second-longest consort serving as patron of the charity from 1992 to 2023, next to Zarah, Queen Dowager who served from 1955 to 1992.

Dressed in an orange Princess of Dress and Hat VI by @rustys-cc, the Queen Mother, looked delighted as the new artwork by Martin Floyd was revealed.

This is the first time The Queen Mother has been depicted in a portrait wearing the Order of the Garter’s insignia.

The new portrait contains the Queen Mother also wearing the Lara-Leigh Pearl Tiara, whose namesake was the first consort to join the Order alongside her husband King Edward I. Although the Order was founded by Albert II, his consort, Adaline, died before becoming a member.

The palace also announced the Queen Mother would be taking up residence at Griffin Park. The estate is known for being the royal residence of consort, Lara-Leigh in their widowhood. Zarah, Queen Dowager remained at the palace after Edward II died in 1992, and will remain with her granddaughter, Queen Katherine I. The Queen Mother moved out of the palace last summer and had spent most of her time at Sumpterson.

The Royal House of Windsor: A Royal Look Back

Edward I, King of Windenburg and Brindleton Bay

REIGN: 1888 - 1941

The King who modernized the monarchy.

Edward I was a regal figure who was never meant to be King. Second son of Albert II and Queen Adaline, Edward grew up in the shadows of his older brother, William, which offered him the opportunity to have a wider education and see more of the world outside of the palace.

Edward and his brothers spent their childhood at Windsor Castle. After their mother died, the trio split their teenage years between Windsor Castle in Windenburg and Beaverdam in Brindleton Bay.

Their father, Albert II, was always off to war, and during their teen years were largely in the care of palace staff. Their aunts, Catherine, Princess Royal and the Duchess of Newsoms became second mothers and tried to care for them as much as possible.

During a state visit to Nigeria with his father, Prince Edward met the equally young Princess Lara-Leigh. The two began to court shortly thereafter. The pair were betrothed 3 months later, Lara moved to Windenburg eight months later and the couple immediately married. On their wedding day, Albert II bestowed upon Edward the dukedom of York.

Upon the death of his father, his older brother William became King. Less than two years later, William abdicated the throne in order to wed his divorced fiancé; a union parliament denied.

When Edward I and Queen Lara-Leigh’s reign began in 1888, the monarchy was in desperate need of saving. Bringing many of the royal customs and traditions from Nigeria to Windenburg, the Queen became instrumental in changing the image of the royal family. After years of chaos and debt following his brothers abdication, Queen Lara helped Edward I push the monarchy into the 19th century. Her Majesty helped foster the relationship between Edward I and his cousin, Princess Grace, who was wife of airplane inventor Burchette Gates Sr.

Edward I and Gate's relationship gave Windenburg the opportunity to be the first country with an international airport, opening it up for international travel, import and export.

Their Majesty’s had three children, Prince Edward (later Edward II); Amelia, Princess Royal; and Prince Albert, Duke of Hastings. Edward I and Queen Lara-Leigh created a lasting royal legacy along with acquiring much of the regalia and jewels of the crown the Royal Family is known for today.

The first State Banquet of the year hosted by King George took place this evening at Buckingsim Palace. The royal family welcomed South Marvania's President Mandela Ofoluwah and wife, First Lady Sawubeni.

Following an official ceremonial welcome at Horse Guards Parade earlier in the day, the president was treated to a formal banquet in the Buckingsim Palace ballroom at 8 p.m.

In addition to King George and Queen Rowena, in attendance at the State Banquet this evening were the Duke and Duchess of Brindleton Bay, the Duke and Duchess of Kent, and the Earl and Countess of Boykins.

President Ofoluwah chatted with King George, as the two walked into the State Banquet side-by-side.

Behind King George, Queen Rowena walked in with First Lady Sawubeni.

The Duchess of Brindleton Bay followed, chatting with Windenburg Prime Minister, Linwood Keller.

Danielle Keller, wife of Prime Minister Keller, was escorted by the Duke of Brindleton Bay. The Duke of Kent followed with Windenburg’s Ambassador to South Marvania, Samuel Armstead.

The Duchess of Kent walked in with Windenburg’s Minister of Treasury, Rt. Hon. James Birch.

The Countess of Boykins looked elegant in a tan gown and the Art Deco Bandeau Tiara, which she wore for the first time. HRH was joined by her husband, Anthony, Earl of Boykins. This was the newlyweds first royal engagement since returning from their honeymoon.

King George presided over every detail, from the seating plan to the menu.

Guests were seated in a horseshoe shape at the banquet. King George felt the layout would offer a more social atmosphere.

Buckingsim Palace also shared photos of the banquet, where the Duchess of Brindleton Bay was seated between the Prime Minister and President Ramaphosa.

King George opened with a toast, where he reflected on the two countries closeness. Most notable was His Majesty’s closing statement, saying:

“Today, the links between our countries run deep, with extensive family, professional and cultural ties. Mr. President, your Visit offers an opportunity for us to chart a path forward together, investing in each other’s potential, and facing the challenges of our world together, as partners, and as friends, striving for equality, justice and fairness for all Sims.”

The evening ended with a private concert inside Buckingsim Palace’s Music Room featuring South Marvanian singer, Kafari Ngozu.

EASTON, Windenburg (SNN) - This morning, His Majesty The King officially opened Parliament in the event known as ‘The State Opening of Parliament’. King George I has opened every session of Parliament since his accession in 1992. Today marks His Majesty’s 31st State Opening of Parliament.

The State Opening of Parliament formally begins a session of Parliament. The ceremony assembles all the three elements of legislature – the House of Lords, the House of Commons and The Monarch – together as the Crown in Parliament.

Before the arrival of the sovereign, the Imperial State Crown was brought to the Palace of Windsor, together with the Great Sword of State and the Cap of Maintenance, in their own carriage.

King George travelled to the Palace of Windsor from Buckingsim Palace in the Silver Jubilee State Coach; this is the newest coach at the Royal Mews and was first used at the State Opening of Parliament in 2017.

The coach is over four meters long, weighs over three tons and, depending on the journey, can require up to six horses to pull it.

Members of the armed forces lined the processional route from Buckingsim Palace, down The Mall, to the Palace of Windsor. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and The Duke and Duchess of Kent followed in other carriages.

The King arrived at the Sovereign's Entrance under the Lara Tower; accompanied by Queen Rowena.

At King George's arrival, the national anthem was played, a gun salute was sounded in Rose Park and the Royal Standard was hoisted in place of the Union Flag at the top of the Lara Tower (where it remained until King George departed).

King George was greeted on arrival by the Lord Great Chamberlain and the Leader of the House of Lords, before proceeding to the Robing Room, where he put on the Parliament Robe of State and the Imperial State Crown.

His Majesty then proceeded in State through the Royal Gallery to the House of Lords. Directly ahead of the monarch walk two peers: the Leader of the House of Lords, carrying the Cap of Maintenance, and a retired senior military officer, carrying the Great Sword of State.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and the Duke and Duchess of Kent joined the King and Queen consort’s processional. No other members of the royal family were in attendance.

Once seated on the throne, King George, wearing the Imperial State Crown, instructs the House by saying, "My Lords, pray be seated". Queen Rowena takes her seat on the throne to King George’s left and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge sit on chairs of state on a lower portion of the dais to the His Majesty's right. The Duke and Duchess of Kent stand to King George’s left, on a lower portion of the dais.

A House of Lords official was then sent to summon the House of Commons. The door to the Commons is first symbolically slammed in the officials face, which symbolizes the Commons' independence from the monarchy, before it is opened and they follow him back to the Lords Chamber.

The Prime Minister, the Leader of the Opposition, followed by the First Secretary of State and the Members of the House of Commons begin their processional through the House of Lords to stand at the opposite end to The King's Throne.

During the session, MPs could be seen wearing white flowers.

The lapel is a representation of charity Remembering Marvania; an organization that raises awareness of the war-torn nation.

Before either House can proceed to public business, The King must officially open Parliament by addressing both Houses in The King's Speech. The speech, also known as the "Speech from the Throne" is addressed to "My Lords and Members of the House of Commons", and outline the Government's agenda for the coming year.

The speech is written by the Prime Minister and his cabinet members, and reflects the legislative agenda for which the Government seeks the agreement of both Houses of Parliament.

Following the speech, the monarch and his retinue leave the chamber. The monarch bows to both sides of the House of Peers and then leaves the chamber, in the reverse order of the usual procession, before the Commons bow again and return to their Chamber.

Members of the House of Lords then removed the Cap of Maintenance and the Great Sword of State, officially opening the House floor to discuss The King’s Speech and public business.

BUCKINGSIMSHIRE, Windenburg (SNN) -- Buckingsim Palace has issued a new photographic portrait of King George I, his daughter the Duchess of Brindleton Bay (31) and grandson Prince Phillip (6) to mark 31 years on the throne.

This is only the second time a portrait of the king and the two future monarchs has been released, according to the palace.

The portrait was taken by photographer Markus Richardson in the Throne Room at Buckingsim Palace last month.

A previous portrait of the three generations of the royal family taken by the same photographer was released in April 2017 to celebrate the King’s Silver jubilee and was then used on special commemorative stamps.

Her Royal Highness wore the Duchess of Brindleton Bay Pearl Brooch for the occasion, a first since being granted the title of the same name.

The official title change came when the Letters Patent passed the Great Seal of the Realm on Feb. 25.

Prince of Brindleton Bay is the title traditionally given to the heir apparent of the Windenburg throne. It was suggested to King George that, as heir apparent, Princess Katherine be granted the title Princess of Brindleton Bay on her 18th birthday, but he rejected the idea because he felt such a title belonged solely to the wife of a prince of Brindleton Bay and the prince of Brindleton Bay had always been the heir apparent. Thus, the dukedom of Cambridge was granted to Prince Rainier on their wedding day.

Brindleton Bay is a country that forms part of the island of Great Brindle. It is bordered by Windenburg to the east, the Willow Sea to the north west, the South Brindleton Sea to the south west and the Simmy Channel to the south. There are two countries that make up the island: Brindleton Bay and Windenburg. Brindleton Bay is part of the United Kingdom; though the governments of the UK and of Brindleton Bay almost invariably define them as a country. The Brindlish Government says: "Brindleton Bay is not a Principality. Although we are joined with Windenburg by land, and we are part of the UK, Brindleton Bay is a country in its own right.”

Prior to the end of the Brindleton Bay monarchy in the 18th century, Prince of Brindleton Bay was used by the ruling Windsors’ of independent Brindleton Bay. After becoming King of Brindleton Bay and Windenburg, Albert I gave the title to his son, the future Albert II.

Prince Phillip and Princess Grace, formerly known as the Prince and Princess of Cambridge, are now referred to by their new last names. They are now Prince Phillip of Brindleton Bay and Princess Grace of Brindleton Bay.
