#should have put my foot down with the pt #like today is still too early in the PEM to demonstrate exercises #sigh yes even though theyrr all done laying down #i hate this so much #YES i am aware its a vicoous circle of #PEM -> i spend days bedridden & weeks diminished -> i get more deconditionned -> it gets easier to trigger PEMs #i would love to stop the cycle #unfortunately things keep happening #it may get easier once i stop living alone since ill be able to rely on someone else for daily activities #and then maybe i can focus on strenghtening myself to increase my treshold #but rn ive been in survival mode physically speaking for a solid 15 months lol
