Another fun lighting study! This one is a companion piece to this guy. Hyde turned out a lot lighter than jekyll did but i suppose that’s what you get for using color palettes from two different pages lol

So my current obsession is a castlevania little mermaid AU that i’ve been cooking up for several months now, featuring Alucard as Ariel, Sypha and Trevor sharing the role of Eric, and Carmilla as Ursula. I do want to make it into a fic (i have a complete outline already), but since life has been pretty crazy lately i’ve been doing some screenshot redraws to relax! Feel free to ask me questions about it if you’re interested, i’m always happy to chat about this sort of thing!

All backgrounds are from the movie except for the last one (that one’s not a screenshot, it’s a scene from the fic). If you notice some errors around Alucard (missing scar, missing fangs, wrong eye color, etc.) those are intentional ;)
