Forever malding at how Peter Capaldi's first two seasons were straight up wasted n I don't even think he'd return for a special

I had a whole thing typed but tl;dr

Matt Smith should've had a mourning period as a solo Doctor without a set companion the way David did

Swap the placements of the Name of the Doctor and the Day of the Doctor so Clara's last appearance makes a perfect loop - simultaneously starting and completing her mission of saving the Doctor n his various regenerations

Rewrite the season finale so it's one of the kids who'd grown up with the Doctor and knows about his history to fill the role of negotiating with Gallifrey to help

Personally,

I think if you're going to make fan-content based on a piece of media its best to become familiar with the main thing you're adapting

That way you not only have additional context for characters and the world, you also are capable of expanding on things in your own way

I've always hated how some fandoms would gas fanon to a point where some people just assume thats how the story/world/characters actually are

Especially when in some cases the most popular interpretations are either the most flanderized or simplified versions of the source material

Do what you want, of course. But do yourself a service and check out the official material instead of fanworks

So I'm sure it'll be explained in a few episodes but

What do you mean this is the Doctor?? Isn't the whole thing about time lords is they only have 12 regenerations total??

Now from what I understood because it's never explained in the show, the Doctor was on his last regeneration as Matt Smith and it was made a big deal multiple times. But two instances gave him more

1) River when she kissed him as he was dying she explicitly gave him the rest of her regenerations which is why she never changes and can actually die

2) Gallifrey as he was dying on Trenzalore

I could be wrong but I think River only regenerated twice so she gave the Doctor 10 more regenerations, then Gallifrey is Gallifrey which means it either could've given him just the one or another 12

You could argue neither gave him a set number of regenerations but I think that makes even less sense considering how by the numbers Gallifrey has shown to be. Im p sure they wouldn't want any timelord to be truly immortal

Either way these are all for FUTURE regenerations! I'm able to go along when the rules are bent because plot armor has always been a thing especially with a show like this, gotta get more seasons

But so far this doesn't make sense

I think to get this out as quickly as possible I'm gonna have to release it in batches

So first will be a demo that has the some of the main cast as Player Characters, at least 10 NPCs and all locations from at least one of the games

Because of how the rules work and the fact that this is a D&D type thing Im sure people can manage

Idk how long it'll take but each update will add more characters and NPCs but locations may need an update of their own

I love mixed media but I'm not gonna pretend I can model faster than I draw so obvi 3d assets are gonna take more time

However long it takes I hope people have fun with it once it's out

Hoi hoi!

I've been posting art p frequently but something I wanna try is animation!! Short vids either animatic style or with full motion. It could be adapting a scene from a comic or fanfic or just visuals with audio from some preexisting clip.
