I spent the entire movie thinking that Friday was Holmes and that this was going to be a shocking revelation at the end only to find out that Watson has a type

(I know it's mentioned in the movie that Watson isn't formed yet so technically in the canon chronology he hasn't met Holmes yet, but in a steampunk dystopia story with zombies and where Irene Adler is a robot created by Thomas Edison I thought the chronology would be the least of the concerns, but they've remained fairly consistent in that regard and I respect that)
