Yes, he was very open about it with Pepino. It was never something he intended to hide from him.

It definitely hurts Pepino sometimes, knowing that he was forgotten and that his papa isn't really his papa.

But Hueso is always there to look after him and make sure he feels loved.

Since Leo live with Sr Hueso, does he ever wear a/ his bandana? Will he have one in the future or does his brothers keep one for him at the shrine?

There is definitely one at the shrine. They alternate the stuff that's on the shrine, so it's something different almost every month.

Leo doesn't wear one because there is no need for him to. He is his father's only turtle son, after all.

But there will definitely be a comic where Leo gets his mask. But you will all have to wait for that.

I would say probably around season 2?

Draxum is on the turtle's side now, so I would say a few months after he becomes not evil.
