Everywhere at the end of Taya.

I found a Kasane Teto cover of a remix of Heartaches, as featured in Everywhere at the End of Time, so I was inspired to make a Soune Taya UTAU cover of Lullaby of the Leaves, also featured in Everywhere at the End of Time.

The problem was, unlike Teto, Taya doesn’t have an English voicebank, so I translated the lyrics of the song into Japanese. I used Google Translate to… assist me. Mostly with vocabulary. I did most of the sentence structure and conjugation, because Google Translate is bad with that.

Then I made Taya sing the lyrics over “Misplaced in Time,” which is the instrumental version of the song that was in EATEOT.

The Japanese translation is below.

Could you tell us, more or less, what is Ash talking about in ep. 9 preview? If it's not a problem, of course!

Okay, no prob. I just hope it won’t spoiled anyone, but if you guys get the meaning or the feeling of what Ash is talking about, if you don’t wanna spoil anyone, just keep quiet coz sooner or later the ep will be air anyway. 

So this is what Ash said in the preview of ep 9:

“ If at that time I had come back there more sooner… If at that time I had been more aware… I thought about it countless times.

Since the beginning/From the start, he connected with me as a human with a heart, not a voiceless tool to be used by others, and told me I can always go forward without being shaken.

So ahh there is a part where he said this line, “…seishi kureta…” Im not sure which “seishi” kanji it is, but Im pretty sure it’s this “ 正視” - looking straight ahead, viewing sincerely.

正- correct; justice; righteous視- inspection; regard as; see; look at

Im not a pro, I’ve only studied Japanese language formally for about 4 years, still, a lot to learn tbh.

My left ears were really stuffed, translating while having a cold is nvr a good idea LOL Almost everything sounds a bit muffled YwY lol
