@teatenders.liv ・・・ This young man was convicted of a crime he didn’t commit and his family is absolutely heartbroken they can’t do anything to help him... I’m just making this post to shed light to his situation because I would want someone to do it for me if I was being accused of something I didn’t do😕...Here is the story I received this morning: ——————————————————————————— This is my cousin #KaleemTyler, he was railroaded by the #Philadelphia Justice system as so many in this city. He was convicted of attempted murder which the victim even said he was NOT the shooter and went as far as to say he didn’t even know who Kaleem was, there was no DNA no evidence just a roudy cop trying to solve a case. He didn’t have a lawyer and was pressured by his public defender to plead an open plea which he received 5-15 years for she said because he was on probation which the probation officer said he no infractions since. At any rate on Feb 20, 2019 guards at #SCIGreene entered his cell to do a “search” they grabbed him by the back of his neck pepper sprayed him in his face and ended up snapping his arm (this came from his cell mates that heard his arm snap) he was sentenced to the hole for a year, it’s been a month and he has not even received medical attention he is using his sheet and towel as a sling, and even lost 60 pounds during this time!
