Sattu Ka Ghol #sikandalouscuisine Heat buster ! My yoga master is from Bihar and he mentioned how they make sattu ka jhol at home after he tasted my sattu ka panna which I had posted earlier on here . Sushil Ji kind of rattled off the ingredients , and I took it from there . This Jhol is delicious - it's light and as you bite into the odd raw onion and green chili you get a flavor bomb of happiness in your mouth. Buy an organic readymade powder , or roast black channa at home to make sattu. 6 Cups Chilled Water. 2 Cups Sattu Ka Atta / Roasted Chana Dal. 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice - Adjust slowly , or add grated raw mango. 1.5 Tablespoons Black Salt / Kala Namak - Adjust slowly.​ ​1 Tablespoon Roasted Jeera Pounded. Blend the above well , taste and adjust flavors.
