Mango & Smoked Salmon Appetizer
Sweet,salty and festive 🥂 Smoked Salmon, mango, coconut flakes.Happy New Year friends 🍾🎊​

INGREDIENTS: 8 oz smoked salmon 1 ripe mango 1 Tbsp grated coconut flakes​
INSTRUCTIONS: Peel and pit the mango. Cut into cubes. Cut the salmon slices into strips. Place a strip of salmon and a piece of mango into a toothpick. Repeat. Sprinkle with grated coconut and serve it at room temperature. Enjoy!​

Smoked Salmon Entrée
I highly recommend this entrée, for its simplicity and yet superb flavor! These two simple sauces make up for it!! The sweet and tangy flavor of the honey mustard as well as the creamy and fresh flavor of the creme Fraiche with mint are just wonderful, you don't need to go crazy with an endless list of ingredients... sometimes less is more! Enjoy it!

INGREDIENTS: 8 oz smoked salmon Creme Fraiche Grey Poupon whole grain mustard Honey Lime juice Fresh mint leaves Olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS: Arrange the salmon slices on the plates. Add the two sauces and serve it at room temperature. Creme Fraiche: 1 cup of heavy cream 1 Tbsp sour cream Cover jar and refrigerate until thickened (24 hours is ideal) Honey Mustard: 3 Tbsp Grey Poupon mustard 1 Tbsp honey A squeeze of lime juice A drizzle of olive oil Mix and serve Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS: 8oz Smoked Salmon   8oz Cream Cheese Raspberries (12 or so) Fresh dill sprigs, finely chopped Sea salt & freshly ground pepper
INSTRUCTIONS: Cut the salmon slices into strips. Start with 2 Tbsp of cream cheese and use more if needed. Add chopped dill, salt and pepper to taste.Mix well. If too thick, add a drizzle of olive oil. Place a spoon of the cream cheese mix in a serving spoon. Add a raspberry to a strip of salmon and roll it. Place it on top of the cream cheese mix. Top it with a dill leaf. Repeat. Serve it at room temperature. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
8oz (approx. 220g) of Smoked Salmon 1 ripe mango (cut in cubes) Coconut flakes Toothpicks
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut the salmon slices into long pieces that you can make little rolls with. Peel and cut the mango into small cubes. On a toothpick, start with a mango cube, add a roll of smoked salmon. Sprinkle coconut flakes. Repeat. Serve it at room temperature. Enjoy!​
