La denuncia: "Noi giornalisti ammanettati dai militari polacchi per aver fatto foto al confine" Continuano ad arrivare notizie preoccupanti per la libertà di stampa dalla Polonia: tre noti giornalisti hanno denunciato di aver subito maltrattamenti da parte dell’esercito, dopo aver scattato alcune fotografie a una postazione militare nei pressi della frontiera polacca. Maciej Moskwa, Maciej Nabrdalik e Martin Divisek – i primi due di nazionalità polacca, il terzo ceco – assicurano di essersi presentati e aver informato i militari dell’intenzione di realizzare alcuni scatti, ma una volta terminato il lavoro sono stati fermati, costretti a consegnare apparecchiature fotografiche e smartphone e poi sono stati tenuti in manette per oltre un’ora mentre veniva visionato tutto il loro materiale, che infine è stato riconsegnato intatto. La vicenda, rilanciata da vari media locali e internazionali e condannata anche dall’organizzazione Press Club Polska, è avvenuta nei pressi della cittadina di Wiejki lo scorso 16 novembre. L’agenzia Dire ha raggiunto telefonicamente uno dei tre, Maciej Nabrdalik, fotografo e documentarista che vanta collaborazioni con importanti testate internazionali e vari riconoscimenti tra cui due del World Press Photo. Il giornalista ha confermato l’accaduto dichiarando: “Prima di scattare foto avevamo informato i militari di guardia del nostro lavoro. In Polonia non è reato fotografare strutture o personale militare, ma per rispetto abbiamo voluto avvisarli. Inoltre ci trovavamo fuori dalla zona dello stato d’emergenza”. (...) “Abbiamo scattato foto per alcuni minuti- continua Nabrdalik- poi siamo risaliti in auto e siamo partiti quando una guardia ci ha chiesto di aspettare. Gli abbiamo chiesto se dovevamo ritenerci in stato di fermo, ci ha detto di no. Di colpo si sono avvicinati all’auto uomini armati che, gridando e insultandoci, ci hanno ordinato di scendere mentre qualcuno tramite la loro radio gli impartiva di applicare questi ordini. Ci hanno ammanettato e ci hanno fatto tante domande sul nostro lavoro, sebbene già ci fossimo presentati. Siamo rimasti così un’ora”. (...) L’audio, ascoltato anche dalla Dire, conferma la versione resa da Maciej Nabrdalik. Di seguito la trascrizione della conversazione relativa al momento del fermo: (Uno dei reporter chiede dall’auto): “Perché dobbiamo aspettare? Siamo stati fermati?” (Militare): “No, ma dovete aspettare perché…” (Reporter): “Se veniamo fermati abbiamo il diritto di sapere chi ci sta fermando e perché”. (Due militari, un uomo e una donna): “No, non vi stiamo fermando”. (Reporter): “Okay, allora vi ringraziamo e adesso andiamo”. Trascorre qualche minuto in cui si sente il rumroe di un’automobile che parte, ma dopo poco si ferma di nuovo. (Militare): “Uscite immediatamente dalla macchina! Uscite dalla macchina in questo istante c****”. (Reporter): “Perché ci urlate contro così?” (Militare): “(Insulti irripetibili) Uscite!” (Reporter): “Usciamo, ma non serve urlare… aspetti che parcheggio”. (Militare): “Ho detto di uscite immediatamente dalla macchina (insulti irripetibili)”. Si ode il rumore di portiere che si aprono. (Reporter): “Sono un giornalista, ho diritto…” (Militare): “Esci dalla macchina ho detto!” (Reporter): “Sono un giornalista…” (Militare): “Esci perché perché altrimenti ti faccio…” (Reporter): “Ma non vede che sto uscendo”. Si sente il comandante, gridando da lontano, impartire ordini agli altri militari, mentre il terzo reporter sta uscendo dalla macchina. I militari intimano ai giornalisti di togliere le giacche e svuotare le tasche consegnando tutto quello che hanno, compresi i documenti e le tessere stampa. Si crea qualche difficoltà con il reporter della Repubblica Ceca che non capisce cosa gli viene chiesto. Alla fine però si sente uno dei militari dire “sono puliti”. Poi, inizia la supervisione delle aparecchiature. Il comandante chiede di “controllare tutto il materiale da cima a fondo”. All’agenzia Dire, Maciej Nabrdalik riferisce ancora: “Era chiaro sin dall’inizio che eravamo giornalisti. Alla fine ci hanno restituito tutto, nessun aparecchio è stato danneggiato né è stato cancellato nulla”. Ma ciò che pesa “è il modo in cui siamo stati trattati. Io sono stato spintonato contro una recinzione, ci hanno gridato contro e tenuto in manette e senza le nostre giacche per un’ora”. Una volta conclusa la vicenda, il reporter riferisce di essersi sentito “come se avessi subito un crimine, come un furto un’aggressione. Non mi era mai capitata una cosa del genere. Avevo grande rispetto per le Forze armate, ora questa fiducia è compromessa”. Sull’esercito e la polizia polacca pesano diverse accuse, tra quelle di respingere i migranti nelle zone boscose oltre il confine, di impedire loro di presentare richiesta d’asilo nonché di vietare – anche con intimidazioni – a volontari, medici e giornalisti di raggiungere l’ara in cui stazionano i profughi. Notizie che, in assenza di media sul campo, è difficile verificare. Per questo Nabrdalik insieme a molti altri colleghi ha sottoscritto un appello rivolto al governo polacco affinché venga abrogato lo stato d’emergenza e venga data la possibilità ai media di seguire la crisi dei migranti al confine. Ai militari del campo di Wiejki, prima di iniziare a scattare fotografie, nell’audio si può sentire il reporter spiegare: “Dobbiamo documentare la situazione, le persone vanno informate di ciò che accade. Ne abbiamo il diritto. Vi preghiamo di rispettare il nostro lavoro come noi rispettiamo il vostro”.

Yeah reason why I probably won’t see it. You cant call it the Teen Titans if you’re adding characters who aren’t initially in it or were never in it in the first place.

I wouldn’t mind if she was a filler character or made a cameo but sorry, she was never apart of the Titans. Just call it a whole different team name.

Gonzalo HIGUAIN and Javier MASCHERANO out of Argentina squad

There are strong rumors that both Gonzalo HIGUAIN and Javier MASCHERANO could be left out of Argentina’s upcoming squad.

Rumors emerging out of Argentina that Jorge SAMPAOLI is expected to leave two big names out of Argentina’s next matches. SAMPAOLI’s men have two crucial World Cup Qualifying matches coming up, the first one against Uruguay and the second against Venezuela. If rumros are to be believed, two veterans on the team will be left out.

Jorge SAMPAOLI did not include Sergio AGUERO in his first list as new coach of the Argentina National Team and now appears that both Gonzalo HIGUAIN and Javier MASCHERANO will be left out. Some rumors are stating that both will be left out while some state only Gonzalo HIGUAIN will be left out. It remains to be seen if AGUERO will be called-up.
