So last night I got to do a poi and staff workshop hosted by Rich Royale - Circus Performer and Trainer at RUCCIS. It had a fire safety and fire component and I got to have my first experience with fire! 🔥

I'd had a really rough day so this was nice even though I'm really sore today!

Big thank you to Dezmin for helping me try new things and supporting me through it 🖤

My wrists were really shot by the time we got to spinning with fire but I am so happy I got to experience this!
