I’ve always wanted one of these old style flashes, with the metal collapsible reflector and a bare bulb. I even experimented trying to make my own years ago from an old Leica one…without success! Well, I’m delighted that Godox has made one! This is the Godox Lux Senior Vintage-Styled Speedlite Camera Flash, from Essential Photo. I’ve not yet used it, but it’s a superbly neat solution, which packs away nicely. Automatic and manual modes, along with an optical remote firing function too. Built in rechargeable battery, via USB C. Really looking forward to putting it to good use soon!
