Why is 3.5m3 the Most Popular Capacity for Self Loading Mixers?

There is an interesting fact in the sales of self loading mixers. Among the sizes of 1.2m3, 1.6m3, 2m3, 2.6m3, 3m3 3.5m3, and 4m3, 3.5m3 accounts for more than 50% of the total sales quantity.

Why is this size so popular?

The self loading mixers are designed for small construction projects in remote area that is out of the delivery range of ready-mix concrete or where the roads are not passable for transit mixer trucks. The self loading mixer integrates the functions of producing and transporting concrete. Thus it has been more and more popular among small contractors.

But why do most of them choose the 3.5m3 capacity?

Basically, the users choose the self loading mixer by the amount of concrete they use in one day. For example, if your project needs 50m3 concrete daily, a 1.6m3 mixer is your best choice. The problem is that contractors do all kinds of different projects. They tend to choose a mixer that can meet the demand of as many as possible. From this point, it is better to choose the biggest size, 4m3, for example, which is more capable than the smaller machines.

However, from the technology point of view, the 4m3 mixers are made with rigid chassis while the 3.5m3 mixers have articulated chassis. The structure difference will lead to a remarkable difference in the cost of the mixers.

Therefore, balancing capacity and cost, 3.5m3 becomes the most popular choice.

As these people live in the dense forest so they hardly come out to sell these fruits instead middleman comes to their village to purchase them @50-60 per kg ... tough they don’t get much money out of it still it is other source of employment for them ... kids , young ones , elders even old people use to go to collect these from the jungle ...: These people collect various fruits from the forest and that depends on the seasons as in the summer they go to collect the leaves of Diospyros melanoxylon out of which BEEDI is made ... Overall I should say that they are not highly but entirely depended on th forest and its produce for their livelihood ... The seed vault is just 800 miles away from the North Pole. The facility has been built to preserve seeds: almost every type of seed this planet has to offer has been preserved in it. This has been done to revive species of plants just in case a disaster of a massive scale wipes out botanic diversity from the earth. The vault functions like a regular bank in the sense that governments can send rare plants seeds to be kept safe in this safety vault.
