A foreign lobby group wielding this much influence is insane. Coupled with the fact that most journalists, students, academics, activists and artists being expelled, fired, persecuted and disproportionately penalised are BIPOC, it seems like white supremacists are using this opportunity as a concerted effort to push minorities out of every institution of influence. I can't imagine the mental strength of Rashida Tlaib who has to sit in congress and listen to elected officials dehumanize Palestinians day in and day out, dehumanize people like her grandmother and other family members in Gaza while cheering on the ethnic cleansing happening in Palestine. I can see the emotions bursting out when she is speaking about what is happening there and my heart goes out to her.

I don't think I would be able to do it. To sit amongst people who hate and dehumanize my race. I applaud her strength in doing everything she can to fight for her people as the only Palestinian America in Congress.

I am hearing that AIPAC and other lobbies will be strongly trying to primary Rashida Tlaib out of the party. If that happens, I only wish her well in having the mental peace of no longer being in a party that endorses the genocide of her people and I know that she will still be fighting to help her people in other ways instead of trying to appeal to folks with no humanity like Joe Biden.
