Glameow mail!
You're uh- not sure how Queball got into the dorm...again....but she's got something attached to her collar...a thumbdrive! and on closer inspection, a sticky note
On the thumbdrive are some digital design plans for improvements to Joltik's suit, and mask, as well as a smaller more subtle mask with similar air filtering qualities to be worn day to day.
The sticky note reads: "Natural Sciences, lab 3, tomorrow. 7PM. -CD"

you seem to know so much about dw media... so id like to ask did quackerjack EVER take his hat off canonly???
Aw, you flatter me, I'm constantly absorbing information of the whole franchise, but I do specialize in specific minor information on QuackerJack because, hey, if I'm gonna pick one thing to be good at, it might as well be on this dude. :P
So, to answer that: Technically, yes and no
His hat has been removed in one episode, but not on his own accord. This episode is "The Haunting of Mr. Banana Brain" (Episode 56, which is the second sequential episode that was not included in the home release, so you can get this via TV rip uploads).
Yes, the episode where QuackerJack accidentally unleashes the equivalent to Pennywise on St. Canard, and pretty much gets harvested with the intention of being a renewable food source for this thing, and is one of the few events to happen to QuackerJack that he didn't do anything to deserve that level of retribution. QuackerJack did nothing wrong in this episode. He was in actual danger.
Anyway
It's the single canonical instance where his hat is removed, and is done so via vaccuming vortex of Paddywhack's jack-in-the-box.
For whatever reason, this vortex felt the need to strip QuackerJack down to his socks and boxers, which also reveals to us that QuackerJack's boxers mirror his sleeves way too perfectly, and he wears low cut, red cuff white socks with his moccasins, so he's one of the few confirmed Duck characters to wear socks, which isn't really relevant, but I find it amusing that they went that extra mile instead of just showing us his dinky little birdie feet.
As this scene reveals, QuackerJack is apparently bald.
He is extremely bald.
He doesn't have any sort of hair like what exists with Gosalyn or Launchpad, nor does he seem to have scruffy feathers that stick out like with Drake.
The one time QuackerJack is unmasked, and his head looks like a queball.
We absolutely hate it, and there's a wonderful subculture of fans who have all designed various head feathers and fluff and clown afros and wacky cowlicked hair of just about any color you can think of that works with him, and we choose to ignore this for the most part.
This lovely visual is brought to us by the same animation studio responsible for the CheetoJack phenomenon of "Quack of Ages", and you've probably seen the insanity this color error has stirred up.
Buuuut, they also gave us the toupee-on-his-hat-under-another-hat thing, soooo
But, yes.
QuackerJack has been canonically unmasked before, and his head is bald.
Use this information wisely.

(captions~)
April’s here, which means my Birthday is also here!
So I dressed up Croissant in some Birthday items, but also in the Clothing that I’ve been wanting to wear, but never get around to putting in an outfit!
The stockings, because my favorite colors are maroon and plum; the trans dress because I’m definitely not cis, lol; the winklepickers that I’ve been avoiding using after finding out about the history; and of course the prom sash I got a bit ago!
...And the ocarina because I still have a weird childhood urge to learn to play the flute. I mean, there’s panflutes in the game, but you don’t cover holes to play notes with those, like a flute, but the ocarina has that!
Oh, and the hair is to mimic my own, since it’s brown and I have recently been able to pull it back into a very tiny ponytail, heh!
I’ll be hunting for the final Diving Critter, the Spiny Lobster, come 9pm~
