Finally! I conquered the Green Swamp monster after around five attempts. 😅

Some tips:

*Use the holy trinity of throwables! Use thermite and throwing cells for most damage.

-- Avoid acid attacks as he's resistant.

- Enhance stagger chance with shot puts.

*Exploit his fire weakness in phase one—Salamander dagger with thermite or fire abrasive/grindstone with thermite.

*In phase two, use the electric coil stick with throwing cells or electric blitz abrasive/grindstone with throwing cells for an electrical advantage.

*For your Legion arm, employ Aegis for damage while blocking or Puppet string for closing space and dodging some attacks.

*Mind stamina and pulse cells; heal when needed. Balance blocking and dodging, as some attacks induce blockstun.

-- Keep attacks brief to conserve stamina.

*He is fast in both phases, with delayed attacks likely having blockstun. For the underground attack, forward roll into it to dodge.

*As a last resort, summon a specter. It will attract the majority of the aggro, enabling you to strike from behind. If he focuses on you, dodge or block the attack, with the hope that his attention will shift to the specter.

FBI Halloween Headcanons

A/N: GN reader. HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE!

Warnings: None

Ash

She's not the type to celebrate holidays like Halloween, she's more focused on her work the entire time.

Eliza is at base doing work and training as usual and you practically have to rip her away from it if you want to celebrate it with her

Not going to dress up but you do manage to put a pair of cat ears on her, she rolls her eyes at it but doesn't say much about it

If there's a party going on you will be able to drag her along for a bit and she might mingle a tad with the operator's shes close with, but after about an hour shes done with it

You can convince her to come to cuddle in front of a horror movie, just the pair of you.

Thermite

He likes Halloween, not going to go hardcore but he enjoys some good fun.

Jordan will willingly dress up, definitely in some type of joke outfit or something ironic.

Normal he's not going to high effort it, his joke outfit is gonna be pretty shitty and bought

But the pair of you end up going as Walter White and Jesse Pinkman, you end up hogging the kitchen throughout the day and making ‘meth’, its just blue rock candy which you put into small packets and hand out.

He actually tells you he knows how to make proper meth, not that he's ever tried.

Their pair of you spent most of the night hanging out, nothing too special

Pulse

He's pretty chill about Halloween

On the first Halloween, you spend with him, he shows you some old photos of when he was young, all dressed up and ready to go trick or treating, talked about how his dad took him out.

Is happy to dress up with you, he's happy to let you paint him up as an alien

It gets a little hard to paint him as he keeps talking, enjoying the annoyed smile on your face as you mess up a tad.

Only picks at the paint a little as the night goes by

Will follow you to whatever Halloween party you wish to go to, or just be happy to spend the night with you doing whatever you want. So long as you’re happy.

Castle

Miles likes Halloween a lot. It's a fun holiday and he loves to make the most of it.

If you’re with him at his house in America, he decorates the entire thing from floor to roof

Doesn’t make it too spooky though, goes for the cheesy sorta look so kids aren't too scared to approach the building

Dresses up and puts a lot of effort into it and greets every kid with a smile giving out candy.

May take you to spend the holiday with his parents where they pull out an old scrapbook and show you old pictures of him.

Their house is also decorated up with a spooky audio track playing in the background.

Barracks bunk assignments under the cut. Why? Well. Fanfic reasons and because if I don't write it down now I'll forget.

Format: Top Bunk - Bottom Bunk

Thatcher - Capitão ( Mute was formerly Thatcher's bunkmate, but Caveira threatened to castrate Capitão and now this is the arrangement. )

Sledge - Alibi ( Smoke begged to bunk with Maestro after their first boxing match. Alibi agreed, but only if she got bottom bunk )

Doc - Montagne ( it was immediately agreed upon, but they usually share one bunk anyway... )

Twitch - Rook ( the played rock paper scissors for who got which bunk )

Jäger - Bandit ( one of those "They're usually on the same bunk anyway" situations, but Jäger prefers to be high up )

IQ - Blitz ( there was a brawling match over top bunk. Blitz learned that IQ is weirdly good at pinning a man down when she wants something. )

Glaz - Tachanka ( Finka jokes that they put two tops in the same bunk. Kapkan continues to tell her to shut it )

Kapkan - Fuze ( in which Tachanka teases Kapkan for finally being a top in something and the hunter threatens to kick his ass )

Ash - Castle ( surprisingly easygoing )

Thermite - Pulse ( Thermite used to be bottom bunk but traded after Pulse rolled out in the middle of the night and needed medical attention for a broken nose )

Frost - Buck ( they're always talking. Always. Frost has 900 trains of thought at any given moment, send help. )

Blackbeard - Valkyrie ( Genuinely, they could sleep through a hurricane. Probably HAVE slept through a hurricane... )

Mute - Caveira ( they're besties, actually, and she does his makeup )

Hibana - Echo ( she actually volunteered for top bunk because he looked dejected at the idea of actually climbing into bed. She teases him about being lazy )

Mira - Jackal ( Jackal isn't even there most of the time. His bunk is the bottom bunk for ease of containment when he's captured )

Ying - Lesion ( this is primarily because Lesion knew better than to let anyone trade with her. )

Ela - Dokkaebi ( Doki continues to wonder if Ela actually uses her bunk )

Zofia - Vigil ( the not so easygoing bunk, this place is fucking immaculate at all times )

Finka - Lion ( much to his dismay )

Smoke - Maestro ( a disaster duo. One always has more bruises than the other. Mute continues to tease Smoke about sexual tension )

Maverick - Clash ( formerly inverse until the first time he had a night terror and punched her in the side through the mattress )

Nomad - Nokk ( nomad: I have a bunkmate??? )

Mozzie - Kaid ( Kaid refused to share with a woman, and his choice was respected. Unfortunately for Kaid, he doubted a man could be so... much. )

Amaru - Gridlock ( they're remarkably laid back, Amaru chats on and on about adventures, and Gridlock listens with a patient ear. )

Goyo- Warden ( Goyo complains that he got bunked with discount James Bond, Warden complaina that he got bunked with off-brand Indiana Jones. Everyone else laughs. )

Something regarding R6S

I think it’s very difficult to express how much I LOVE my three mains, Thermite, Pulse and Ace. Not just from my own way of seeing how fun it is to play them, but also in the whole fandom mess of like squealing like a little girl because you think they’re handsome or something. This is the case especially for Mr. Thermy (or Thermie? idk I call him that as if I’m a weirdo) because I think that man is handsome af and his whole thing is cool.

Like can you fucking believe this man?! I love playing as him and I love the man too as well. I say this as a Thermite main (although I can’t fully say that for Ace or Pulse) with all my life.

There’s also this thing about how I would be like “AHHHH” whenever I see this man, in the way of having a crush. This tends to happen a lot every time I see my own screenshots of playing Thermite and ending up in the winning screen with my Road to S.I. 2020 outfit, and then with the elite skin as well. This also works for other people who play Thermite, and Thermite fanart and videos...

Also I cannot believe I missed that Road to S.I. 2021 battle pass that had him with no goggles! I was on a HIATUS FROM THE GAME BECAUSE I NEEDED A BREAK (not only from the game but also some friends) and now I forever cry for having missed the opportunity. Plus I haven’t even played Siege since July of last year and yet here I am rambling about my love for Thermite.

Also Thermite in Extraction is looking great :)

I apologize if this is bothering you, but is there anyway you can tell me wth is going on with R6S and why there's separate teams now? I'm just getting back into fandom since my cousin passed away a year ago, so I'm kinda lost 😭. Like, I've seen the newer cinematics, but that barely says anything. Just like a guide for dummies for the recent lore ❤️

It's no bother! Lemme try to summarize the most important plot points of this whole Rainbow vs. Nighthaven arc:

Harry introduces Nighthaven (NH for short) to Rainbow. Ash voices doubts about hiring a PMC/mercenaries (NH's arrival animation)

Harry starts The Program: renovate the Stadium in Greece and make it their new base, yearly competition between the ops (mirroring the Siege Invitational irl)

Invitational 2020 competition happens (Tournament of Champions cinematic)

Kali introduces more NH people into Rainbow: Ace & Aruni

Kali invites Fuze to train with NH before the Invitational final, she shows off a disregard for the safety of team companions, her new suit (aka, the elite), and offers Fuze a job in NH (comic #1)

Invitational 2021 competition takes place (The Playbook cinematic). Kali disregards Ash's orders during the match, using her & others as bait to lure the defenders and kill them. She wins the match but injures Ash in the process. They argue and Kali's dismissal of what she says ends with Ash punching her.

Ash sets up a meeting with an old acquaintances, Flores, who she wants to bring to Rainbow and also asks him to spy on Kali, sine she's convices the PMC leader is up to no good (comic #2)

Kali brings Osa into Rainbow, who is the R&D chief in NH and the one designing all the tech for the PMC group.

The season's battlepass is full of hints about NH courting several Rainbow operators, giving them tours of their installations and new NH suits/gear.

During one of those visits (featuring IQ & Smoke), Osa receives a message from Kali, stating she's needed in Greece and that they're moving forward with their plan (Osa's season animation)

For the next invitational, it's revealed that Kali has been chosen as one of the 4 team leaders. She gets to choose some additional ops for the team, aside from the NH ones. She picks Finka, IQ, Pulse, Ela & Smoke.

Invitational 2022's final takes place, but we only see the aftermath: all of the Rainbow ops in Kali's team are defecting from Rainbow to join NH (Sister in Arms cinematic)

Harry apparently didn't see that coming??

From Harry's board, we get the info that he's splitting Rainbow operators into 4 different especialised teams, to increase their efficiency: Hiaban's team (no name given yet) Doc's team (Wolfguard), Thermite's team, Caveira's team (I go into more detail in this analysis I did)

Azami, an acquaintance of Hibana's, gets into Rainbow (and Hibana's team) after the VIP she was protecting/being a bodyguard for, gets murdered in broad daylight. The bullet that killed him has QCR (the name of NH's R&D department) engraved in it (Azami's season animation)

Wolfguard (Doc's team) is deployed to rescue the architect who designed NH's base, since he's being held hostage (wolfguard animation)

They need the architect's help to get infiltrate NH's base, since they want confirmation and intel to know if they're really giving weapons and gear to criminals. Nokk inflitrates NH's base to retrieve the intel about their shipments (current season's animation)

And this is where we are, with IQ, Smoke, Pulse, Ela and Finka defecting from Rainbow to joing NH, and NH being suspected of criminal activity. Plus Rainbow being organized in 4 different squads with different areas of expertise.
