I tried making a Studio Apartment Complex Build on a 40x30 lot in The Sims 4!

Before placing, use bb.moveobjects cheat for items to stay in place.

- Uses Expansion Packs: High School Years, Cottage Living, Snowy Escape, Eco Lifestyle, Discover University, Get Famous, Seasons, Cats and Dogs, City Living, Get Together and Get to Work.

- Uses Game Packs: Werewolves, My Wedding Stories, Dream Home Decorator, Jungle Adventure, Parenthood, Dineout and Spa Day.

- Uses Stuff Packs: Paranormal, Tiny Living, Moschino, Laundry Day, Toddler, Ftiness, Backyard, Cool Kitchen and Perfect Patio.

- Uses Kits: Desert Lux.

- Extra: Base Game.

- 3 Floors of rooms (17 vacant rooms), roofttop floor has activities, underground floor has parking lot and gym with indoor pool, the first floor also has a pool area, reception area, laundry area and parking lot.

- Located on a 40x30 “The Roadstead” lot in Magnolia Promenade
