isat is such a good example of how memory issues and comprehension issues can wear down a person and make them incredibly self deprecating and exhausted even at “smaller” incidents

#one of the scenes in that game that really gets to me is the stuffed animal one #where the party teases siff for it like ‘’NO WAYYY YOUR MEMORY IS THAT AWFUL!!!!!!!’’ #and siff is like put off but rolls with it at first #but then in act five theyve forgotten the term for stuffed animal again and the tone is completely different #they break down when they cant remember and its part of his spiral #+ the kiln and materials #like fuck dude i felt that #like theres the huge thing with his country but theres also smaller things like this that add and add to siffrins issues #echoed voice #isat spoilers #also the party teasing siffrin thinking that siff is cool bc he doesnt seem to act otherwise #when it just reinforces siffrins self hatred and guilt over their memory and skills and ‘’worth’’ AUGHHHHH #which isnt the partys fault bc they dont know but aughhh poor siff :(
