In honour of today on Tumblr here is a list of my favourite fairies/fairy series
The OG Pixie Hollow fairies - the ones in the beautiful watercolour art style. Favourites were Prilla and Fira
Specifically Zinna, but The Flower Fairy book series by Cicely Mary Barker holds a special place in my heart (please if you love fairies at all just look at the prints- they are gorgeous)
The Rainbow Magic Series!!! I think my favourite was Shannon, but all the special edition fairies were my favourites
The fairies in Spiderwick
Oh! Oh! AND Barbie fairytopia. Yes yes. Favourite? Sunburst.

Another one of my TinkerBell / Pixie Hollow OC’s! This is Staria, my Wish Talent fairy! It’s not a canon talent but one that I’ve made up with friends.
Staria is a Wish Fairy who works alongside Dream Fairies. She and other Wish Fairies collect these wishes from dreams and from ones made on stars. The Wish Fairies jobs are to make others wishes come true if they are able to. They cannot make anyone fall in love or make others be with someone, but, they can grant them to be together in a dream.
The wishes they collect manifest as little stars and after they are granted are released up into the night sky as stars for someone else to wish upon! ^-^ Pose referenced from Rapunzel.

Hey Disney the 20 year anniversary of the first Tinkerbell movie is coming up and if you start planning now 5 years should be plenty of time to produce a hella great revival movie 🤷🏻♀️ just sayin
