The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) is a centralized state-government exam for admission to numerous private and public medical, engineering, and management schools in Odisha.
The exam is post-completion of the 12th grade, diploma, graduate degree, and postgraduate degree for admission to graduation lateral entry in B. Tech, lateral entry in B. Arch, B. Pharm, B. Pharm, BDS (also known as Bachelors), MBA, MCA, M. Pharm, and M. Tech programs.
Following the announcement of the All-India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT) and the JEE, MBBS and B. Tech courses were removed from OJEE.
Those with a graduate or postgraduate degree may compete for seats in MBA, MCA, PGCM, PGDM, M. Pharm, and MTech degrees provided by several universities in Odisha.

According to the aim of the Odisha Professional Educational Institutions on Regulation of Admission and Fee Fixation Act, 2007
Subject to the provisions of this Act, admission of students to all seats, including lateral entry seats, in all government institutions and sponsored institutions and private professional educational institutions shall be made through entrance tests approved by the government, followed by centralized counselling in order of merit, in accordance with such procedure as recommended by appropriate coordinators.
Important Information for Applicants:
As per the official OJEE brochure of 2022, each applicant must submit only one application using the Online Candidate Registration System (www.ojee.nic.in) by selecting the option of the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination-2022 (OJEE-2022).

As per the recent notification that came on the website, the date for filling out the application has been postponed and there is a revised date that came up according to that. The exam date is also rescheduled.
Eligibility criteria for the OJEE Exam 2022:
For UG courses, students must have completed their 12th grade from a recognized board and graduated from a recognized institution/university.
Candidates with a diploma in a relevant field could also apply.
Students must have completed their 12th or UG in a relevant stream for the program to which they are applying.
They must have received a minimum grade of 50% to 60% on their most recent qualifying exam.

After UGC, AICTE issues guidelines; fresh PGDM/PGCM Course to begin from August 1 - Times of India
NEW DELHI: The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) in a letter to all the colleges and institutes providing courses on engineering, management, architecture and pharmacy, universities, deemed to be universities, affiliated technical institutions and polytechnics has instructed them to follow the guidelines issued by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
The UGC had on April 30 issued guidelines regarding exam calendars and academic session 2020-21 to be followed by the universities across India.
In view of national lockdown due to the Corona Pandemic, all standalone PGDM/PGCM institutions are asked by the AICTE to follow the academic calendar for admission as given below:

The letter also stated that the institutions should not hike the admission fees or other fees for the Academic Year 2020-21 and also should not force the selected candidates to pay advance fees during lockdown.
If the examinations of the first year students of 2019-20 session could not be held before the lockdown, then the mode of examination and promotion to the higher classes be done as per the UGC guidelines on examination circulated on April 29, 2020.
Institutions may start the session as per above academic calendar in online mode and shift to regular face to face mode only after such notification is issued by MHRD.

CMAT 2018 on January 20: Application Process, Eligibility, Exam Pattern And Other Details
CMAT 2018 is a national level entrance examination conducted by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) every year across the country as per the directions of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India. The computer-based CMAT 2018 will be conducted in a single day window on Saturday, January 20, 2018.
The last date to apply for CMAT 2018 is December 18, 2017, by 10:00 am. The CMAT (Common Management Admission Test) is a three-hour online test which is conducted in a single session to evaluate the candidate’s ability across various segments like Quantitative Technique, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension and General Awareness.
This test facilitates Institutions to select suitable graduate candidates for admission in all Management programs (PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management), MBA (Masters in Business Administration), PGCM (Post Graduate Course in Management), Executive PGDM, etc.). The CMAT score is accepted by all AICTE-Approved Institutions/University Departments/Constituent Colleges/Affiliated Colleges. The CMAT 2018 will be conducted on 20th January 2018. CMAT 2018 Eligibility Criteria
AICTE has laid down the following eligibility criteria of CMAT 2018:
The applicants should be citizens of India
Aspirants should have a Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognised college/institute or university
Final year graduation students are also eligible, provided their final result is declared before the commencement of admission.
CMAT 2018 Application Process
The application process of CMAT 2018 is completely online. The CMAT exam centres are expected to be across 62 cities in India. Last year, around 60,000 candidates appeared for the test.
To fill the application, candidates have to login CMAT official website.
Read the instructions and register themselves.
Make the fee payment using online or offline mode.
After fee payment, fill the remaining details on the application form.
Candidates are needed to upload the scanned images of photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
Check carefully before submitting the application form.
Candidates are advised to take the printout of the application for further use.
CMAT 2018 Application Fee
However, the application fee of Rs. 1400 (General and OBC category) and Rs. 700 (SC/ST/PD category candidates) can be paid in both online as well as offline modes. The modes of payment are as follows:
Online– This mode includes payment through Credit/Debit Card and Net Banking.
Offline– This mode includes cash payment in State Bank of India. In this mode, applicants have to select the option to pay by Cash at any of the designated SBI branch. On selecting this option, a Challan will be displayed on the screen with already filled up details. Candidates have to take three printouts of Challan, fill in the details wherever required in all the copies, and visit the nearest SBI bank branch with CASH on the next day of generation of Challan. Cash Deposit will be accepted only from the next day of your Challan generation.

CMAT 2018 Exam Pattern
Duration: The total duration of the exam will be three hours (180 minutes). There is no sectional duration in CMAT.
Exam Mode: The exam will be organized in online mode (computer-based test).
Number of Question: There will be total 100 questions asked, 25 questions from each section.
Type of Question: The question paper will comprise of objective type questions.
Marking Scheme: Four marks will be provided for each correct answer (+4 maks).
Negative marking: One mark will be deducted for each wrong answer (-1 maks).

CMAT 2018 Admit Card
CMAT 2018 admit card will be released on January 05, 2018 through via online mode. The admit card will also be mailed to the candidate’s registered Email ID. Students name, photograph, signature, roll number, test centre, exam date & timing will be mentioned on the admit card. Without valid admit card, students will not be allowed to appear in the examination.

CMAT Result and Counseling
The CMAT 2018 result will be announced in the month of February 2018. The CMAT score will be valid for the admission to the academic year of 2018-2019. Students are advised to save the result and take the printout and keep it safe till the admission process gets finished.
The counseling process will be scheduled after the declaration of merit list. A merit list will be prepared according to the relative marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance test. Candidates can appear in the counseling organized by various institutions and universities on the basis of CMAT score. Seats will be provided to students on the basis of CMAT scores, filled choices, and availability of seats.
