This is just a theory on Dash's age:

(I copied and pasted the info I got from the wiki about them talking about their age lol)

Dash

He was 7 years old from 1999-2008, and 9 years old from 2008-2013, up until his redesign in 2013. After the redesign, his age is unknown since 2013.

Dot

She was 4-5 years old from 1999-2008 and 6-10 years old from 2008-2013. As of the redesign in Fall 2013, she is 11-12 years old.

Dot is probably 2 or 3 years younger than Dash, Dash is 9 years old in 2008-2013 and Dot is between 6-10 years old. Since Dash 2-3 years older than Dot she would be at least 6 or 7 years old in 2008-2013. In the Fall of 2013 Dot is 11-12 years old, by my calculations Dash would be at least 14-15 years old if Dot is 12 years old and 13-14 years old if Dot is 11 years old.

So Dash doesn't appear in the PBS Kids bumpers because he isn't a kid anymore, he's a teenager. Dot stuck around during the 2013 rebrand cause she's still considered a kid. Then Dot just straight up disappeared from the bumpers, which would mean Dot turned 13 and became a teenager. Dash and Dot aren't kids anymore, they're teens. Dee and Del are probably going to stick around with the other children until they too turn into teenagers.

Man, who would've thought these mascots would age during their time as... Well, mascots for PBS Kids.

Mia Fey from Ace Attorney faces Dash from PBS Kids. Who do you like more? I could probably just give the win to mia BUT WE'RE DOING THIS BY THE BOOK

She remembers every fucking name and she uses them to grind this evil man down to a shell of his former self until he b e g s her to stop. She dies at this man’s hands but she REFUSES to let him win.

All this in the second case of the first game.
