🚨WERE HOLDING THE BIGGEST LOBBYISTS OF THE EARN-IT ACT ACCOUNTABLE!🚨

The National Center on Sexual Exploitation, formerly known as Morality in Media and Operation Yorkville, presents itself as a charitable support organization for victims of sex crimes. However, their claims are far, far from the truth. In reality, they are a far-right queerphobic religious organization (whose ​CEO is associated with an already registered hate group by the SPLC) that aims to eliminate all LGBTQ+ and all sexual kinds of speech and expression online under the guise of "Protecting children from harm". This organization has been known to fabricate statements, including that they are a secularist group with no religious background. Unfortunately, that is absolutely untrue as​ NCOSE was founded by an interfaith group of three New York City clergymen in 1962, as "Operation Yorkville". In 1968 they rebranded as "Morality in Media", and some of their past endeavors include:

Claiming gay marriage was linked to mass murder

Suing famous comedian George Carlin for swearing on the radio

Claiming Monty Python movie "Life of Brain"  "direct, aggressive, deliberate violation of the rights of believing persons".

In 2015 Patrick A. Trueman a registered lobbyist with a known history of working with hate groups like the American Family Association rebranded Morality In Media as "National Center On Sexual Exploitation"

They have rebranded and hidden their faith-based roots and are pretending to be a legit organization that has "expertise in sex crimes". That is extremely far from the truth as anti-trafficking review states, in which NCOSE "uses misleading 'research reports' to fabricate a false medical consensus about the harms of pornography."

However, that has not stopped some people from believing in them, including large corporations like...

People and politicians on both sides are falling for their statements. Many online queer spaces are being deleted or censored because it has become a trend in far-right circles to falsely label anything LGBTQ+ as "porn", "sexual", or "grooming" through misinformation. To give an example these people think that this picture right here is "porn"

That leads us,

We are an organization formed of members sick and tired of NCOSE willfully fulfilling their selfish purposes, censoring and erasing our online spaces, and disguising their true goals under the false pretense of "protecting children".

What we want is plain and simple: we are fighting fire with fire. As such, we are calling upon the Southern Poverty Law Center to register NCOSE as a hate group in order to enforce honesty about their past deeds. The purpose of our campaign and petition is to raise awareness and make NCOSE admit they are a religious organization and unveil their shady past. We hope to make companies such as Meta, Google, and Visa/Mastercard to end their relationships with NCOSE upon exposure of their hateful past.

La nueva Greenpeace

Tras la muerte, en octubre de 1974, de Irving Stowe, principal defensor de una Greenpeace exclusivamente antinuclear, y con la dimisión del presidente, un profesor llamado Neil Hunter, la Fundación Greenpeace prácticamente dejó de funcionar. De hecho, Robert Hunter y los demás miembros del comité del Programa Achab se convirtieron en la nueva Greenpeace.

A primeros de 1975 alquilaron su primera oficina de verdad, tres pequeñas habitaciones pertenecientes al grupo anti contaminación situadas en la Cuarta Avenida Vancouver, donde empezaron a recaudar fondos para financiar la expedición. Organizaron conciertos benéficos, vendieron insignias, camisetas, pegatinas y carteles. subastaron pinturas y esculturas y sortearon una parcela que les había entregado un autoproclamado chamán zen.

Localizar los barcos para el viaje fue esta vez cosa fácil:el Phyllis Cormack y el Vega entraron de nuevo en acción (el Vega lo compró a McTaggart un profesor de derecho retirado llamado Jacques Longini, que se puso junto con el barco a disposición de Greenpeace). 

La organización sólo tenía que superar un último obstáculo: alguien del grupo tendría que localizar a las flotas balleneras, porque de otro modo los barcos de Greenpeace se verían obligados a recorrer el Pacífico entero hasta dar con ellas.

El trabajo recayó en Paul Spong que, a primeros de 1975, se desplazó a Europa para consultar los archivos de la Oficina internacional de estadísticas sobre la caza de ballenas, situada en Sandefjord, Noruega. Presentándose como investigador de las ballenas, Spong consiguió cartas de navegación en las que figuraban los puntos donde las flotas soviética y japonesa habían cazado en años anteriores. Si los balleneros volvían a las zonas de captura de temporadas anteriores, Spong calculó que, dado el escaso radio de acción de las embarcaciones de que disponían, la mejor oportunidad de interceptar a alguna de las dos flotas se presentaría en junio, fecha en la que los soviéticos pasarían a 60 millas (100 km) de las costas de California.

Temiendo que la flota soviética adivinase sus planes, Greenpeace decidió salir dos meses antes, lo que además permitiría a los participantes realizar experimentos de comunicación con las ballenas. El 27 de abril de 1975, el Phyllis Cormack y el Vega zarparon de Vancouver enarbolando la bandera de las Naciones Unidas y llevando el símbolo recién adoptado para la campaña de la ballena: el emblema de la orca de los indios Kwakiutl. Acudieron a despedir- les a Jericho Beach, una base aérea abandonada cercana al centro de la ciudad, alrededor de 23.000 personas.

Al cabo de unos días, los periódicos japoneses estaban llenos de reportajes sobre la protesta, y el gobierno de ese país amenazó con emprender acciones jurídicas si Greenpeace interfiere sus operaciones de caza de ballenas. 

Se encargaron de coordinar la cobertura en los medios Robert Hunter y el responsable de fotografía, Rex Weyler, un desertor norteamericano refugiado. En esta ocasión, los cámaras Fred Easton y Ron Precious filmaron toda la misión, con el fin de realizar un documental que Greenpeace esperaba vender en todo el mundo. 

También formaban parte de la tripulación del Cormack Patrick Moore, Walrus Oakenbough (especialista en nutrición y «hermano guerrero» adoptivo de los Oglala Sioux), Paul Watson (asimismo adoptado como guerrero por los Sioux, con el nombre de Lobo gris aguas claras, tras participar en la insurrección india de Wounded Knee, Dakota del Norte, en 1973). Ramon Falkowski (que navegó a Moruroa en el Fri en 1973), George Korotva (de nacionalidad checoslovaca) y Carlie Trueman, de Victoria (ambos expertos en inmersión y en el manejo de lanchas Zodiac).

Durante las cuatro semanas siguientes, los dos barcos. operando desde una base situada en Winter Harbour, en la isla de Vancouver. realizaron varias incursiones a la búsqueda de ballenas. Siguiendo los consejos del experto en comunicación con las ballenas. Dr. John Lilly, se montaron en el Cormack altavoces e hidrófonos subacuáticos, mediante los que Greenpeace podría reproducir música para las ballenas y recoger las posibles respuestas de los cetáceos.

Con ocasión del primer encuentro con un grupo de ballenas grises se comprobó que éstas no eran aficionadas a la música de gustos indiscriminados. Según relató Jack Richardson a Playboy, «Los tonos más ásperos del sintetizador y la música rock no despertaban mucho entusiasmo entre los cetáceos, que responden sumergiéndose y reapareciendo al cabo de varios minutos en un lugar muy alejado del origen del concierto. ‘Son de gustos clásicos’. afirmó Korotva y. como para corroborar este punto de vista, diversos pasajes de la Quinta Sinfonía de Beethoven suscitaron una respuesta feliz».

El 1 de junio los dos barcos tomaron rumbos divergentes. El Vega se dirigió hacia Long Beach, al sur de la isla de Vancouver, para seguir entreteniendo con su música a las ballenas. La misión del Cormack tomó un carácter más serio.
