Sanemi is the one who first brings up the idea of starting a family

He may not seem like the type on the outside, but he’s yearns to start a family

He only wants to do so in a place that is safe for you and the baby, somewhere no demon could ever hurt you

If this man intends on getting you pregnant, he’s going to get you pregnant.

He treats you as if you are glass that will shatter if he so much as blinks at you wrong.

This is only during the early stages of your pregnancy since he knows the chances of losing the baby are pretty high during this time

Once you hit your second trimester and your stomach starts to grow, he eases up a bit

He is constantly!!!! Talking you your stomach

Like he tells your stomach good morning and goodnight and will sit there and tell them about his day

He is so weirded out but so obsessed with the baby kicks. Like watching your stomach shift and morph while your baby moves, he’s entranced.

Man thinks you look hot as fuck carrying his baby lmao — expect nonstop praises

When it’s time to give birth this man is STRESSED

Like he is trying so hard to keep calm for your sake but he is SWEATING

He hates seeing you in pain and is super worried about possible complications while giving birth

So he is just singing you praises and telling you how much he loves you

When your baby is born this man is a wreck

Like he is initially in a state of shock. He can’t believe that tiny human was just inside of you

He also can’t believe you pushed that out?!

Once things calm down and you and your baby are settled it really hits him that he’s a dad

It becomes a little too much to handle when you hand him your baby

Like tears start streaming down his face

That little baby in his arms already has him wrapped around their tiny chubby finger

Sanemi is literally the baby daddy everyone wishes they had

He is up and tending to your baby the second they so much as make a peep

Sanemi is a HUGE fan of skin to skin. So he is walking around your shared home shirtless with your baby held to his chest

Like I’m so serious, this man is a DILF

Being new parents means not a lot of sleep, but there is something so attractive about Sanemi in the early hours of the morning

Like he isn’t a morning person at all. But it’s like something awakens in him as a father lmao

He is so soft when he first wakes up

He’ll usually get the baby ready for you before waking you up. He wants you to get as much sleep as you can

You usually wake up to him slowly walking around your shared bedroom. Eyes lidded and hair disheveled with your baby laying on his chest.

He’s whispering sweet words and patting their back to try and get them to fall back to sleep.

Once he gets them back to sleep he usually returns to your shared bed with them still on his chest

He usually opened his arm wide to allow you to get as close as possible. He is on cloud nine with your baby and your head on his chest

As your baby gets older Sanemi becomes a little bit of a nervous wreck

He had a lot of siblings so he knows bumps and bruises are bound to happen

But he’s also aware of demons this time, so that baby isn’t leaving his eye sight

Around the time your baby is about 2 years old Sanemi brings up the idea of having another

You agree to try for a second, the decision not being a hard one since you know how much Sanemi helps you

Turns out having a toddler while being heavily pregnant is quite the experience

Truthfully your baby is very attached to both of you, so you can’t tell if they are a mommy or daddy’s baby

Sanemi’s everything he wished his father was

His childhood still haunts him, the last thing he ever wants is either of you to experience what he did

Sanemi - as surprising as it may seem - refuses to ever raise his voice or a hand to you or his child

He swore to himself he’d never be as pathetic as his father was

He is absolutely running around the yard playing with your kids

Tag and play wrestling for the most part, he also loves making your kids laugh

He is super determined to keep your kids unaware of demons and the demon slayer corps so they think “mommy & daddy are in the military”

Though Sanemi tries his hardest to keep you from returning to the corps

He is determined to be the best husband and father he can be
