I was thinking about how it's cool Rukia and Renji's bankai are pretty complementary in terms of making a good battle couple. Renji has always been a straight-to-bankai sort of guy, which makes sense. In the grand scheme of bankai, his isn't the most powerful or the most destructive, but it doesn't have any detrimental area effects and he can use it for a long time. Rukia's on the other hand, is very powerful, but it's only good for a very short time, and it leaves her vulnerable. Fighting together, she can back up Renji with kidou support or her shikai attacks, and then he can give her cover while she transitions in and out of bankai, if needed. This is a lot more fun, imo, than say, Kyouraku and Ukitake, who are both so hesitant to go to bankai that we never even see Ukitake's. (and maybe this works for them, given that they are side characters and the most senior in Soul Society, that their powers get the super slow burn reveal)
That being said, Renji and Byakuya's partnership works much the same way-- Byakuya's bankai isn't quite as perilous as Rukia's, but he tends to save it (my headcanon is actually that he can't go straight to bankai, he has to sort of build up momentum, so to speak). I'm not gonna lie, the scene early in the TYBW anime where Renji pins As Nodt with Zabimaru and then Byakuya slams him in the face with petals was one of the most satisfying moments of the anime so far.
All this is to say that for the approximately 1,000,000 characters Kubo crammed into Bleach, it's a real shame that he couldn't have developed an interesting side character that we might say "hell yeah!" to see stepping into place as Rukia's lieutenant post-time skip. I mean, not to diss Sentarou, but 98% of his job seems to be clownery and the other 2% is carrying heavy things. Would it have killed Kubo to let him do something during the Blood War? (him and Kiyone both, tbh) I honestly don't think it would have been too much to ask to see his shikai, if he's going to eventually be the battle partner of the series' deuteragonist. I dunno, I also just think it would have been cool for Rukia to have another friend in Soul Society besides her love interest and her brother. There's Hanatarou, I suppose, and on one level, I would love to see him as Rukia's no. 2, but he so thoroughly attached to the Fourth, and also his shikai is too gimmicky for a serious character.
Flaming hot cheetos take I just came up with: Ganju should have had grudgingly join the Gotei after the Soul Society arc and come around on Rukia after learning what Kaien meant to her, and then eventually taking over his brother's job. I mean, Kubo liked him enough to write him into the TYBW, an arc that definitely did not need more characters in it than it already had.

Hey, guys. I never do this. Honestly, I really hate doing this, but I honestly have no other choice at this point.
I'm currently under the threat of eviction following the unexpected loss of my job on the 2nd of this month. My apartment management knows about this, as I made sure they were aware as soon as I found out. I emailed one of the members there and never received an email back. Yesterday, after my maintenance guy came and unclogged my tub and sink, I was handed a 7 day notice. I was also charged late fees I wasn't aware of, as they didn't show up on the online rent portal.
I've faithfully paid my rent reliably since I've lived here (now for close to 3 years), been late once or twice, but I like to think I'm a good renter. However, my apartment complex is under new management and they're pretty tyrannical, but I've already unfortunately signed my lease. Despite them knowing I'm currently out of a job, they don't care whatsoever. (I'm fairly certain this is because they're remodeling all of the apartments and want me out to remodel mine.)
I have a job lined up as of yesterday, but I don't know when I'll start and it doesn't pay well. (My old job paid $17.50/hr full time and this one pays $11.60/hr + 1% commission + 1$ spiffs part time.) I tried to sign up for unemployment just before I got the call from said job, but I didn't realize my ID expired back in March and won't be able to get a new one until Aug. 23rd.
I currently have roughly $50 to my name for pet food for my cats and mice and for bits of general things, but will get a last paycheck from my old job next week for hopefully around $200 since it was barely a full week's worth (I got paid every two weeks). However, I need a total of $775 for rent, including (what I'm assuming is) $25/day for late fees. I know it's a lot to ask and I don't like to ask, but I'll really take whatever y'all can offer.

T i am so grumpy today. I’m a morning person, but I slept 3 hours and right when I lied down for a nap, not even twenty minutes later I got a phone call and I got up thinking “omg yes!! It’s from the office I applied to!!”
IT WAS FOR FUCKING CAR INSURANCE!!!
I was trying to be nice so I stayed on the phone and the guy (he was really nice but omg I’m just not having it today) kept asking me questions about my policy or whatever and using all these terms and it’s like sir I don’t know, I just pay my bill and that’s it. And I just paid it yesterday so I’m okay. And he just kept on going and it’s like ;-; pls leave me alone I wanna go back to sleep
And now I have no more time for a nap because I’ve got a lot to do which includes cooking, picking up and taking my sibling to an appointment, dropping off library books (but I am looking forward to that because that means I can write), and I still have a medical bill I have to call because for some reason the online payment portal says the bill doesn’t exist ;-;

I spent all day assuming I’d not gotten anything for a payrise as HR told us they’d go online on the portal from midday and I didn’t have anything and my boss hadn’t had a chance to call me about it like she did last year (they’ve been busy pitching for a huge contract).
Anyway at 4pm, the letter dropped and it’s a 6% payrise and once again we get double bonuses due to the exceptional firm performance. 🥳🥳🥳
I got an 8% payrise last year so honestly, even though I feel like I’ve been doing a great job, I didn’t necessarily expect anything this year so to get another 6% is amazing. Plus a double bonus.
I’m sure I’ve said this before but this company is super and I love my team and job here.

This number, which acts as a pivot, connects many Member Identification Numbers (Member Ids) assigned to a single member. Here are few important FAQs on UAN KYC, release by EPFO.1. What is KYC? Know Your Customer or KYC is a one-time process which helps in identity verification of subscribers by linking UAN with KYC details. The Employees / Employers need to provide KYC details viz., Aadhaar, PAN, Bank etc., for unique identification of the employees enabling seamless online services.2. How can I seed my KYC details with UAN? o Login to your EPF account at the unified member portal o Click on the “KYC” option in the “Manage” section o You can select the details (PAN, Bank Account, Aadhar etc) which you want to link with UAN o Fill in the requisite fields o Now click on the “Save” option o Your request will be displayed in “KYC Pending for Approval” o Once employer approves the details the message will be changed to “Digitally approved by the employer” o Once UIDAI confirms your details, “Verified by UIDAI” is displayed against your Aadhaar. 3. What to do if my employer is not approving KYC? In case your employer is not approving KYC details, you can directly approach administration or HR department with request. If it is taking more time you can escalate it to higher authority in the organization. If no one is responding to your request you can approach EPF Grievance via http://epfigms.gov.in. 4. How do I know that KYC updated by me is approved by the employer? The status will be shown against updated KYC document on the same page. The system will also trigger SMS on your register mobile number.5. How can I seed my Bank account details? o Login to your EPF account at the unified member portal o Enter your bank account number and IFSC code. o The details have to be approved by your employer. o Once approved the bank account gets seeded.6. What can I do if my UAN is not seeded with Aadhaar? Member can himself seed UAN with Aadhaar by visiting member portal. Thereafter the employer must approve the same to complete the linkage. Alternatively, member can ask his employer to link Aadhaar with UAN. The member can use “e-KYC Portal” under Online Service available on home page of EPFO website or e-KYC service under EPFO in UMANG APP to link his/her UAN with Aadhaar without employer’s intervention.7. Can I change my already seeded Bank account number? Yes. The bank account number can be updated any number of times by following the steps mentioned above. However, the bank account details cannot be changed during pendency of any claim with EPFO. 8. What precautions should I take while seeding Bank account number? my new bank lets me cash them via the online portal, maybe that's the secret to solving this
they have a form that says they'll pay me that way at least and if the id number never shows up...
