Top: Oddo Aliventi, “La conquista dei mari” (“The Conquest of the Seas”)

Bottom: Quirino Ruggeri, “L’impero fascista” (“The Fascist Empire”)

The Palazzo dell’INA was constructed between 1938 and 1952 and was inaugurated in 1953. These reliefs date from about 1939-1943.
