The Misunderstanding of John 3:16
Many Christians misunderstand John 3:16, they believe that this is talking about everyone in the whole world, but when you precept and allow the scriptures to interpret itself you find that this is not talking about everybody.
John 3:16 - For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
So let’s look closer look and dissect John 3:16. Let’s ask ourselves this question, who is the “world” that Jesus is refering to?
First let’s read up and read verses 14 & 15 to get the understanding and context of John 3:16.
John 3:14 - And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:
John 3:15 - That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
To figure out who Jesus died for he gave us a literal and historical example to follow. He was comparing his inevitable death and him being raised up on the cross to how Moses lifted up the serpant(of brass) in the wilderness. Let us go back to Numbers chapter 21 and take a look at Moses and the serpant of brass, as well as who was in the wilderness and who he lifted up the serpant of brass to.
Numbers 21:1 - And when king Arad the Canaanite, which dwelt in the south, heard tell that Israel came by the way of the spies; then he fought against Israel, and took some of them prisoners.
Numbers 21:2 - And Israel vowed a vow unto the LORD, and said, If thou wilt indeed deliver this people into my hand, then I will utterly destroy their cities.
Numbers 21:3 - And the LORD hearkened to the voice of Israel, and delivered up the Canaanites; and they utterly destroyed them and their cities: and he called the name of the place Hormah.
Numbers 21:4 And they journeyed from mount Hor by the way of the Red sea, to compass the land of Edom: and the soul of the people was much discouraged because of the way.
Numbers 21:5 And the people spake against God, and against Moses, Wherefore have ye brought us up out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? for there is no bread, neither is there any water; and our soul loatheth this light bread.
As we examine the history concerning the serpent of brass we see that it was the nation of Israel(12 tribes) that was in the wilderness at that time. We see that God gave Israel deliverance from their enemies and afterward they journeyed toward the land of Edom. Predictably on the way the nation of Israel began to speak against God and Moses for their “lack” thus showing their utter faithlessness in God. So something happens.
Numbers 21:6 - And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Because of Israel’s complaining and utter faithlessness God sent poisonous snakes to bite his people and many of them died. Based off context alone some of them where in the process of dying.
Numbers 21:7 Therefore the people came to Moses, and said, We have sinned, for we have spoken against the LORD, and against thee; pray unto the LORD, that he take away the serpents from us. And Moses prayed for the people.
The nation of Israel confessed to Moses that they had sinned against God and asked for Moses to intercede for them so that God would take away the poisionus snakes from among them. So Moses interceded on the behalf of the nation of Israel, ironically Moses is playing the role of Jesus here.
Numbers 21:8 And the LORD said unto Moses, Make thee a fiery serpent, and set it upon a pole: and it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, when he looketh upon it, shall live.
After the Lord accepts Moses prayer he told Moses to craft an image of a poisonous snake and put it on a pole. Everyone that was bitten and looked on this brazen serpent would be healed from the venomous snake bites they received and would live. This “everyone” means Israel because that is who was in this wilderness and who was bitten.
Numbers 21:9 And Moses made a serpent of brass, and put it upon a pole, and it came to pass, that if a serpent had bitten any man, when he beheld the serpent of brass, he lived.
Moses crafted the brazen serpent as he was commanded and those among the nation of Israel who believed and look on the serpent were healed and lived. So now that we have that understanding concerning John 3:14 let’s go to John 3:15.
John 3:15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
Just like the serpent of brass, at Christ’s death he would be raised up on a cross(tree) and “everyone” that believed on him(death & reserrection) would be saved, in this case from eternal damnation.
The reason Jesus quoted John 3:14&15 is because he was letting the readers know that he was dying for that nation of Israel and whoever among the nation of Israel believed on him would be saved. The congregation at Jesus death was once again his people(house of Judah), just like with the serpent of brass in the wilderness. Let’s take another look at John 3:16.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
A lot of you are probably saying, “COME ON DUDE THE VERSE LITERALLY SAYS THE WORLD”. Well I will let Jesus(God) himself speak as to who this “world” he died for is. Let us go to John 18:20.
John 18:20 - Jesus answered him, I spake openly to the world; I ever taught in the synagogue, and in the temple, whither the Jews always resort; and in secret have I said nothing.
There we have it folks Jesus has now told you who the “world” he was talking about is and now you know who he really died for. God is only concerned with his people Israel and he only deals with them. God did not die for you, only for his people the nation of Israel. God does not change and he never will.
Malachi 3:6 - For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.
Amos 3:1 - Hear this word that the LORD hath spoken against you, O children of Israel, against the whole family which I brought up from the land of Egypt, saying,
Amos 3:2 - You only have I known of all the families of the earth: therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities.
For God so loved the world that he gave his one & only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. -John 3:16

We Are In The Last Days
2 Timothy 3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2 Timothy 3:2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
2 Timothy 3:3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
2 Timothy 3:4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
2 Timothy 3:5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
For those of you who have not realized that we are in the last days you need to wisen up. This world is only going to get worse and we are quickly approaching the days of Noah, mankind’s thoughts are only evil continually. Just like in the days of Noah the Lord will destroy the people of this world, but this time with fire. Only those who keep Gods commandments with the faith of Jesus will be saved from the day of wrath.
Genesis 6:5 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
Genesis 6:6 And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.
Genesis 6:7 And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them.
Genesis 6:8 But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.
2 Peter 3:7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
There are those who mock God and boast in their evil, but the day is going to come when the Lord will sap the arrogance out of man. This world will pay for their crimes against God.
Isaiah 13:11 And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.

All The Foods You Eat Are Defiled

Even though this is the case it is not an excuse to eat pork and other unclean foods, we must still make a difference between the clean food and unclean food, we cannot just eat whatever we want.
Leviticus 11:44 For I am the LORD your God: ye shall therefore sanctify yourselves, and ye shall be holy; for I am holy: neither shall ye defile yourselves with any manner of creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
Leviticus 11:45 For I am the LORD that bringeth you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: ye shall therefore be holy, for I am holy.
Leviticus 11:46 This is the law of the beasts, and of the fowl, and of every living creature that moveth in the waters, and of every creature that creepeth upon the earth:
Leviticus 11:47 To make a difference between the unclean and the clean, and between the beast that may be eaten and the beast that may not be eaten.
If you choose to ignore the dietary law you will be destroyed at Jesus returns.
Isaiah 66:17 They that sanctify themselves, and purify themselves in the gardens behind one tree in the midst, eating swine's flesh, and the abomination, and the mouse, shall be consumed together, saith the LORD.

This Wicked Generation Does Not Want To Hear The Word of God and That Will Be Their Undoing
John 3:19 - And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
John 3:20 - For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
The wicked men of this earth refuse to be rebuked by the word of God because they love to sin and do whatever they want. The wicked do not want to be told that they will pay for all their wickedness, so they have other wicked men to pass laws to keep the righteous from telling them about their wickedness.
Being homosexual is evil, being a thief is evil, being a liar is evil, being a fornicator is evil, sex before marriage is evil, abortion is evil, murder is evil, breaking the Sabbath day is evil. So keep going to church on Sunday where your pastor tells you that you can do whatever you want and make it into the eternal kingdom of God. But I tell you the word of God says different.
1 Corinthians 6:9-10
9) Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,
10) Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

You Become The Company You Keep
Proverbs 13:20 - He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.
Psalms 111:10- The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.
Deuteronomy 28:1 - And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth:
Deuteronomy 28:2 - And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God.
You “so called” black men and black women you need to keep company with the Israelites because they are wise. What makes them wise? They fear God and they keep the laws of God which makes them obedient to him. In turn God blesses their socks off and they win in life.
If you choose to accompany fools meaning the ungodly you will be cursed and subjugated to a life of misfortune and destruction. When you hear the true word of God and hear the calling of God you need to answer the calling.

You Will Only Be Free In Your Own Land
Micah 5:15- And I will execute vengeance in anger and fury upon the heathen, such as they have not heard.
Jeremiah 25:33 - And the slain of the LORD shall be at that day from one end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth: they shall not be lamented, neither gathered, nor buried; they shall be dung upon the ground.
Ezekiel 36:24 - For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land.
You so called black people will never be free until the God comes back, destroys all your enemies, and returns you to your own land(Israel). Juneteenth is a illusion and a joke.
