I’ve been feeling all out of sorts recently. My anxiety was through the roof, I was diagnosed with both IBS and endometriosis, I had to spend $1000 to fix my car and now my bank account is crying, and I’ve been waking up with a headache every morning because I’ve been clenching my jaw in my sleep. 😩 But in the past couple days something has turned around for me, and I’m starting to feel much better. Maybe it’s just because I stopped taking my birth control pills (because I’m getting an IUD next week) so my hormones are starting to rebalance themselves. Or maybe it’s the fall weather rolling in and reminding me how much I love this time of year. Regardless of what it is, I’m happy to be starting to feel more like myself.
