#just phoned the doctor’s and booked an appointment to discuss adhd symptoms in the middle of having a 2pm breakdown #holy shit #my poor dog didn’t get fed until 1pm today when it’s usually 9am because it was my responsibility #i’m goign away to my dad’s for two weeks on monday and i’ve just put on the forst load of washing since returning from a 3 month long #europe trip on november the 30th last year #i literally can’t live like this any more #i’m lightheaded from crying and hyperventilating so much lol #now my mum had telephone gp appts cancelled three times #and then when they actually phoned it was more than a week late with no warning #so gotta keep my expectations minimum #HOWEVER #what a first step #january the 6th 2023 #after being like this since i can remember #hopefully i can look back on this date with love and gratitude for my past/current self #fuckin ell #adhd #s
