I have not one not two but three thing scheduled for tomorrow, naturally this is enough to drive me to madness

#i made the mistake of reading the csccareerquestions subreddit and man #nothing makes me feel more like an abject failure than that sub #it's like a dead even split between people just flexing absolutely insane tech offers #doomer posting about how the industry is oversaturated and its impossible to get hired #and bitching about incompetent coworkers #like i really have to hand it to them they're dedicated to making sure you feel like a failure and have imposter syndrome #no matter your place in life #like i feel like an abject failure because im not a self taught 19 year old working in sf at google making 300k in my first year #i feel like im doomed in my job search despite ALREADY HAVING AN OFFER #and im sure once im actually hired somewhere ill feel like it was all a fluke and that im just the failure who slipped through the gates #like some of these things are mutually exclusive either its impossible to get hired or it unrealistic to expect big offers
