Pabulong na isinigaw ni Jungwoo. Jusko po pano nabubuhay tong babaeng to. Agad siyang nagtungo sa kusina at binuksan ang refrigerator upang masilip ang nilalaman nito. "Kailan ka huling naggrocery..." Lumingon ang lalaki upang tignan ang kanyang kaibigan— hinihintay ang iyong sagot.

"Last month." Wika mo. "Ay puta. Lutuan nalang kita kung anong makakaya ko ha?"

Nilabas ni Jungwoo ang mga sangkap na maaari niyang magamit. Naghugas siya ng kamay at itinaas ang mga manggas ng kanyang damit bago magsimula. "Tulungan kita." Alok mo. "Di na. Upo ka lang dyan. Just watch and learn." Pareho kayong natawa sa huli niyang pahayag. "Ay wait lang." Lumapit ka sa isang kabinet at bumungad dito ang telang kulay itim na may mga puting linya. Dali-dali mo itong kinuha at iniharap sa iyong kaibigan "Suotin mo to." "Apron?" Tumango ka bilang tugon. Inilusot mo sa kanyang ulo ang butas ng apron— pumunta ka sa likuran ni Jungwoo para matali ito nang maiigi. "Patingin nga." Muli kang pumunta sa harapan niya. "Ang cute mo." Ang mga salitang iyon ay nagpangiti kay Jungwoo. "Of course! I'm Jungwoo." Umirap ka nang pabiro at tinawanan niya lang ang iyong reaksyon.

Makalipas ang ilang minuto ay tapos na magluto ang matalik mong kaibigan. Sabay kayong umupo sa harap ng maliit mong mesa matapos maglagay ng plato at kutsara't tinidor sa hapag. Agad kang kumain dahil sa gutom na kanina pang pinapaalam ng iyong tiyan; inasar ka ni Jungwoo kanina dahil diyan.

Habang abala ka sa pagkain ay nakatitig lang si Jungwoo sa iyo. Isang matamis na ngiti ang nakapaskil sa kanyang mga labi. Napatigil ka sa iyong ginagawa, nakakunot ang noo kung bakit ba nakatingin lang siya sa iyo. "Bakit? Ano meron. Nilason mo to no?" Sambit mo. "Gaga hindi." "May problema ba? Nakatitig ka kang eh." Wika mo.

"May dumi ka lang dito." Sabi ni Jungwoo bago niya iangat ang kanyang kamay at ilapit sa iyong mukha. Pinunasan niya ang dumi kuno sa bandang labi gamit ang kanyang hinlalaki. Biglang uminit ang iyong mga pisngi at agad kang tumayo. "Nakalimutan kong kumuha ng tubig." Palusot mo bago ka lumipat sa lalagyan ng mga baso. Ang likod mo ay nakaharap kay Jungwoo kaya sigurado kang hindi niya makikita ang kasalukuyan mong ekspresyon.

Bakit bigla ka nalang nakaramdam ng kilig matapos niyang gawin 'yon?

Kahahain lang ni Taeyong sa hapag kainan nang narinig niyang tumunog ang doorbell ng kanyang condo. Napatingin ito sa pinto at huminga ng malalim. You can do this, Yong. bulong niya sa sarili bago lapitan ang pinto at buksan ito. "Good evening. Pasok ka lang." Bati nito bago papasukin ang kaibigan.

"Musta work, Jae?" "Pagod pero ok lang naman." Sagot ni Jaehyun. "Sige upo ka lang dyan. Kain ka lang." Ngiti ni Taeyong. "Salamat, Yong. Di mo naman kinailangan magluto." "Syempre, wala lang yan."

May iniabot na papel si Jaehyun kay Taeyong, nagpunas muna ng kamay ang lalaki bago ito kunin. "Eto pala yung sinulat. Pinaparint ko na." Wika ni Jaehyun. "Excited ako na gawin tong kanta na to kasama ka." Sabi nito sa kaibigan bago sumubo.

"Me too, Jae" ngiti ni Taeyong.
