hi rc! i saw your ranking of bl actors and i was curious, who were you thinking of putting in the 'maybe could act' section? and do you feel there are any actors that act better with their partner than without/alone?(feel free to ignore if you don't feel comfortable answering). have a good day/night :)

tbh i'd put the rest of the kinnporsche cast into the "maybe" category 😔 bc i've only seen those guys in kp, which was so perfectly casted, that i'd like to see them in smth else before i make a solid judgement on their acting 😭 specifically, i'd love to see mile, bible, tong, and barcode in different roles!

ig i just feel like there's a difference btwn being a great actor and being perfectly casted 😔 everyone in kp was perfectly casted and really put in the work and that's why their performances were soooooo good! but i'd love to see them take on a different kind of role, and see how well they do!

importantly, i don't think it's a bad thing to play the same type of character all the time! there's nothing wrong w that imo as long as ur happy and satisfied with ur work.

there are some performances where i'm like "if this is intentional, this actor literally deserves an oscar, but if it's not then they're just a bad actor 💀." usually this is abt awkward or stoic characters 😭

actually, that's a great example of my earlier point! sometimes someone isn't that great of an actor, but their acting style is perfect for the role they're playing - that's perfect casting!

and tbh my "can act" category in my original post was rlly generous 😭 tbh i'd honestly put some of those guys into the "maybe" category (off jumpol and ohm pawat, for example). other bl ppl i'd put into the "maybe" would be tay tawan, shin woohyun, kim kangmin, zee pruk, and nat natasit ❤️!

nat natasit is a special case, bc i feel like if he had the chance to grow, he'd really have the range to do all sorts of roles, but i think he's kinda stuck with yuke/baby roles bc he started so young and it doesn't seem like it's easy to break out of your established type in bl 😔.

also i realized making this post that i forgot sing harit in my original post 😭 i think he can act lol

After listening to PondPhuwin's new OST "แค่ในวันนั้น (Truth in the Eyes)" for We Are, I immediately went-

I really like it but it reminded me so much of another song! After several minutes of humming, wracking my brain, and scrolling through my Thai playlist, I found it: Nat Natasit's "คนเดียว (Alone)" from the Cutie Pie OST! Both songs are written by the same producer duo, Gop Postcard and AFU Narongsak, so I'm not as surprised anymore now lol

#hi have i mentioned i have this weird thing wherein i often recognize songs by their writers? lol #i ought to count the amount of different producers/writers on my thai playlist at some point bc i have a feeling #it's likely just a handful that i gravitate towards lol i already know for a fact that a lot of them are p'amp's #bella and the blorbos #thai music
