he likes to pick out what you wear. it’s a stupid little thing, but he finds joy in knowing that he knows you well enough to figure exactly what you’d look good in. super attentive to colors and patterns and what suits both your style and shape. he never misses. you always look good.

definitely split between a fancy restaurant and little hole-in-the-wall cafe kinda guy when it comes to dates. it really just depends on how both of you are feeling and what sounds like fun. you wanna wear the nicest silk dress shirt you’ve ever seen? perfect. the idea of wearing anything more than a pair of jeans seems terribly draining? that’s okay too!! to him, it doesn’t really matter where you’re going, as long as you’re comfortable being there :)

you constantly have to save him from being flirted with while you’re out. he’s not hugely recognizable, but there’s definitely a few times where you walk away for a moment and someone decides they’re gonna make their move on the cool famous artist. he always looks really really uncomfortable and as soon as you come back he hits them with the “oh!! let me introduce you to my girlfriend!!!” you make fun of him for it. as you should.

he’s a classic romantic. cute little vacations, flowers in hand as he knocks on your door, love letters when he’s away. he really can’t help himself. he likes the way you light up at the gestures, likes the way your voice seems so bright when he calls you while he’s away. he’s down incredibly bad and it just makes him happy!

he rambles a lot when he talks to you. he’ll go on and on about the books he’s read, or paintings he’s working on, or little things that wouldn’t usually matter. on a usual basis, he’s terribly conscious of his presence and how much he speaks, but he’s comfortable with you!! he loves that you seem interested!! please god respond and indulge him a little bit. he loves it. absolutely loses his mind.

so incredibly nervous about everything in the earlier parts of your relationship. i know, i know, he’s done this before, but he’s done it with rika. and there’s this little feeling that everything that ever happened between him and rika is wrong, so now, with you, he’s not so sure about anything. is it okay to buy flowers like this? how often should he call when he’s away? is he making you uncomfortable? he definitely needs a lot of reassurance that he’s not crossing any lines just by existing sometimes and it takes a while for him to get to the point of comfort that you know now.

dates and casual dating are kind of a skipped step in your relationship since you’re, y’know, already living in his house, but he tries his best!! he takes you out when he can, buys you little gifts that are always way more well thought out than one would think, and he’s incredibly patient! he’s a gentleman and we love him for it.

terrible, terrible flirt once he’s comfortable. whispers so close to your ear that you can hear his breath, always has a comfortable hand on your waist at events. he’s always incredibly well put together, but he has a deep love for watching you become completely undone. but, alas, he can never handle it in return, so flirt right back at him. watch him turn red <3

i’m amassing the jihyun stans on this blog i feel so accomplished

↳ he has an ungodly amount of sketches of you. they start off small: the outfit you wore to that first rfa party, the day you moved in together, that kinda stuff. but as time goes on, he has little ones that you’d most definitely call stupid, but he adores them. ones of you standing at the window in the living room, mug in hand and morning light soft upon your cheeks. ones where your hair is messy and you’re tangled in sheets, and a few of you absolutely glowing in the darkness of your apartment at night. he treasures them. definitely has a sketchbook or two full. they fill the little edges of pages and more often than not, you’re the warmup for whatever he plans on creating that day :)

↳ biggest canvas hoarder you will ever meet. yes, it’s his job, but he buys almost every one he finds just to test them out. they’re stuffed into every corner of his studio, blank and painted alike. they’re all different sizes and he makes sure he has a plethora of each type. his studio is a disaster, but thankfully, it’s an organized one at that. he knows where everything is, he just happens to have a lot of everything.

Who do you think is the most to least reliable with pets? :D

oh yes okay!! i’ll try and do this without looking at sav’s so i can avoid her influence (love u sav)

jihyun is easily the most reliable. in general he’s just the most responsible of the rfa and something in me tells me that this man would absolutely adore any pets he has. he probably spoils the hell out of them and he goes out of his way to make sure they have everything they need to be happy and healthy. if he’s gonna get a pet, he’s gonna be dedicated.

saeran just. likes cats and they also really really seem to like him. he probably would adopt one once his life settles down a bit and it really helps keep him grounded! any time he gets stressed or starts to get overwhelmed, there’s his little cat!! he probably treats it like his best friend in the entire world and, in reality, it is. someone get saeran a cat he deserves it mwah.

jumin is pretty self explanatory. if we’re basing things off of elizabeth, he is incredibly dedicated to his pets. the best vets money can obtain, a terribly expensive diet, and trips to exotic places that most humans can only dream of. jumin loves that cat more than anything on this earth and if it weren’t for the cage incident in his route, i think he’d be an easy number one.

yoosung is surprising responsible both in and out of his route. he’d probably be number one in his good ending since he has more training with pets than anyone, but even in the moments he took on elizabeth during jumin’s route, he’s pretty good at taking care of her! i don’t think he’d consider getting a pet of his own while his in his dorm, but once he moves out and has his own apartment he’s probably a pretty good owner!

jaehee isn’t exactly good or bad with pets, she just doesn’t have the time or interest in owning one. she’s never bad with elizabeth, but she cannot stand the amount of hair animals leave around her apartment. and whether it be working for jumin and the bakery, she’d barely get any time to spend with a pet anyway. she probably would tell you your pet is cute when she comes over, but that’s really the end of it.

saeyoung is horrible. terrible very bad. i’m so sorry but he simply does not know how to handle having an animal and it does not go well. i think with some time and careful direction he’d be really loving, but in the beginning, ouch. please keep any and all animals (especially elizabeth) away from him. so sorry saeyoung love u <3

zen is easily the worst. besides the fact that he’s allergic to cats, i think he’s just not a pet fan in general. he has a strong preference towards dogs, but he doesn’t have the room in his apartment to get one. plus, his career is so important to him that he’d be too focused to keep an eye on any type of animal anyway. i’ve seen his fridge. this man does the absolute minimum for himself, no matter a pet. probably better than saeyoung, but zen would not improve so i’m putting him at the bottom!

☮ - god he’s so funny. he never fails to make you laugh exactly when you need it. 

☮ - in the beginning of your friendship, he often worries that the two of you always have to be doing something. talking through the chatroom and over the phone is idle and fun, but being together in person, that idleness makes him anxious. he’s always suggesting things to do and places to go—please calm him down. he needs it. 

☮ - he struggles with opening up about how he’s feeling from time to time, but with a little push from you, it’s very clear that you are his biggest supporter and the person who knows the most about him.
