I so share your feelings about France! I love it there so much and I love learning the language. ( I went there last summer for two weeks in an immersion program.) However, my major makes it hard to fit classes in especially study abroad :-/

My response: Omg, I am so sorry I didn’t see this sooner! My dash like hid it or something. Well I went to Paris, Lyon,Bois, and Annecy which was beautiful. The lake that is in the town is beautiful and there are wonderful resturants around <3. Their fete de la musique festival was so much fun when I was there. Yea I need to talk with our study abroad office this fall. Our Physics and Astronomy program is pretty tight with courses, but if I can find an internship or something it would be perfect. Or even at least being in Geneva at CERN would be cool since I could still hop over into France :P. I’m trying to fit the language classes in since I still love the language and culture <3.

And Yay! more francophone tumblr peeps =D

Oh I know! I love the language and the culture so much. It was just such a nice change in pace as far as their lifestyle goes. I loved it so much. We went to Charmonix too! We went up one side of a mountain on the telpherique which so cool. When we were up there the clouds cleared out just enough for us to see Mt.Blanc. I was in Annecy during fete de la musique and that had to be one of the coolest things I have ever seen! Music was everywhere and people were having such a good time even when it started raining! We stopped by one of the parks and there was a dance floor right by the lake and people were still swing dancing in the rain. It just seemed like that would be so romantic <3. Their lake is just stunning, the water is so clear and blue and it isn't too cold either. (At least in the summer).

I need to go talk to our international studies office when I get back to school this fall to see if there is a program that I could do!
