Happy Glam Saturday! Have some hyper-realistic Metal Family

my sister and i were talking at 3 am, and we got on the topic of "wtf would glam Actually Look Like?" and i remembered Artbreeder, and started dicking around on it. I went to bed after what was, in retrospect, an epic fail, and i woke up today and speedran making them.

Artbreeder is wonderful, but slightly limited (especially with hair), so i could only get so close to my vision, and i had to use my mediocre editing skills in IbisPaint to finish most of them, even after all the adjustments in artbreeder, so here you go!

Glam - time taken editing: 9 min

Vicky - time taken editing: 22 minutes i had a hard time making her, sorry she's a little cross eyed, just pretend she's looking at something close

Dee - time taken editing: 7 minutes

Heavy - i actually didn't edit this one, he was pretty easy to make, if i did edit him i would probably just thin his lower lip a smidge.

Ches - time taken editing: 7 minutes it is literally impossible to have him look like ches without getting his hair right, so this was the best i could do. just try to picture this face with his headband and bangs

Thanks for the ask! It actually hasn't really crossed his mind yet - or if it has, it was always more in the context of "if I became a human again, I would die, and I can't ever die because that would be a really bad time". Another upcoming BaCC pic I had to post separately because it's easily one of my favorites, if not the most favorite pic I took this rotation. And I took, like, a lot (over 40 photosets!)

Big part of the reason why I'm so partial to this one is that it was a sort-of collab. The mega-talented @gphoenixsims came to my rescue and did the hard job of adding flow and movement to the sims' hairs, giving the pic that extra something it was lacking. (What, you thought I drew all that fabulous hair fluttering about in the wind? Think again! 🤣)

Let me tell you though, editing this pic after Gphoenix sent it back to me was a trip and a half. G went above and beyond and edited both the boys' hairs as well as some clipping on Phillip's boot, but there was still some other fine-tuning to be done on the pic. Long story short, me pulling the pic into Photoshop after G had already worked her magic on it felt a lot like this:
